Hotel Haya

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Haya in Tampa. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home throughout my trip. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to checkout. The hotel bar was also a highlight, serving creative and interesting cocktails that made my afternoons and evenings even more enjoyable.

Katelyn was our server and she was amazing! So sweet, accommodating and patient. 5 stars!

First time in and had great experience from ordering food with Gladys to the taste of the bowl, turnover, and coffee cake. Gladys provided a smooth experience and will be returning. Atmosphere is great! Coffee shop is clean and well maintained.

We had an incredible experience! We celebrated a birthday and really enjoyed the food as well as dessert. And, our server, Katelyn, was absolutely incredible! We can’t wait to return.

We really enjoyed our first time here. Great location. Enjoyed the bar during the evening. Easy access to 7th and attractions. This was an overnight stay before our cruise and was a great choice. Our uber to port and total check in time was less than 30 minutes and we were on board our Royal Caribbean cruise. Would stay here again.

have stayed at Hotel Haya on several occasions, and each visit has been exceptional. The front desk, valet, and Flor Fina staff always provide outstanding service. Clayton at Flor Fina consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

The gentleman Manny at the valet was very polite and efficient with pulling up my car. Great customer service!

Clayton our waiter was so helpful and personable that we felt like we had known him forever. His knowledge of the menu options and the area around the Haya hotel was very helpful.

Manny Aaron and Kyle were awesome and took great care of me and my car and Jet was awesome at the front desk even though I had her go back into my checked bag like 5 times the Whole stay was awesome

Amazing Hotel , services is Spectacular! . Cafe Quiquiriqui the best Breakfast in the area. Pool Vibe is excellent .Location great.

Staff is the star here. Lobby is gorgeous, the hallways are kind of stale. The bed was great and the room was clean. The sheets are very starch and your going to hear the bars music all night until they stop around the am. It was very pricey but we did have a good time. 40 dollars to park is excessive for what we paid. The valets and staff made if feel very premium. Not sure it would be our go to but I did enjoy our stay.

This place would’ve been alright if they disclosed all the extra fees that are gonna be charged to you before taking your card for “incidentals”. Also don’t even look at the snack bar in the room or you’ll find yourself paying for things that you didn’t take, and for sure don’t call customer service so they can refund you your money cause they’ll say they will and then hang up the phone and forget you existed. Happened to my coworker too. First and last time my company will use this hotel.
