The Hotel is excellent, the staff is fantastic, friendly, but professional! The location can't be any better to explore Ybor or take the Tram to Tampa. Very recommendable! We look forward to the next time, visiting the area!
We stayed one night at Hotel Haya for New Year’s Eve and had an amazing experience. The hotel is stylish, clean, and beautifully blends modern comfort with Ybor City’s historic charm. Our room was comfortable and quiet despite the holiday, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal—close to restaurants and nightlife but still relaxing. A perfect place to ring in the New Year. Highly recommend! ✨🥂
I loved being in the middle of Ybor City. The valet guys were great, Joel, Kyle, Jordan and Manny.
The room was nice. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room.
Everything! The staff were exceptional!
Kyle and Shaun were great!!! Made the experience amazing !! Loved the vibes and they did an amazing job taking care of me and my friends
Me and my fiancé came to flor fina for our anniversary and we had Fabiola as our server. She was absolutely amazing, she was so attentive and gave us the best drink recommendations!
Hotel staff that at times seem lost. When there is an issue instead of helping you they lie to your face and won’t fix issues. We complained about the water from shower being barely warm. So it was freezing when you took a shower. We asked staff 3 days in a row if they could fix this or move us to another room. Each person we talked to said they would send maintenance right away. Maintenance never came. Then we would go back down to front desk and it would be a different person due to shift change. Infact one of the people who lied right to our face was a lady who said she was the hospitality manager. Well she lied because she said she would go to our room herself and fix the issue. She never did. My wife used the bathroom on their main floor and also noticed the sink water was barely warm. So makes me think this is done on purpose. For the price they charge you should get at least get hot water. I guess this hotel thinks it’s in a third world country. The bar area and staff were nice. The coffee shop people are also nice. Front desk is where they issue lies. And the hotels policy of not allowing you to actually take a hot shower. Think I’m lying. Go ahead and waste your money. But you’ve been warned. We’ll be asking asking for a refund. Today is our last day here. Been here 4 days. Can’t wait to go to our cruise and eliminate this bad taste of poor customer service. Happy new year all.
Hotel Haya is great. Our experience here was awesome we will be coming back. The ambiance, the employees, everything was great. We did a quick weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday, and it was perfect.
Everyone was amazing! The ladies at the bar were extremely sweet. Thank you to jimmy and Rico that work in valet! They were extremely helpful during my visit there
Excellent service from the valet tesm, Very quick and courteous. Less than a minute waiting on our vehicle when we left and check in was quicker
Stopped by the hotel bar and was exceptionally greeted by the kind valet gentleman Rico, Braden, Mike, & Shaun! Provided great assistance and ensured a seamless experience here.
Everything and the food was delicious
Braden was great! Really professional, loved the experience, was really quick. Had alot of customers but found a way to get it done
Yarely and Liv were a delight and gave perfect food recommendations. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Wish I had taken photos of all the yummy food. A FIVE star experience!!!
Awesome job by Joel, Jordan and Kyle. They were amazing and helpful. They took great care of my car and if me. Merry Christmas to them, they are now my friends.
The valet service Kyle and Jordan provided over the stay was excellent. Service at the bar was also excellent, just gotta keep it opened a little longer.
No ice machine
Hotel Haya is a charming and stylish place to stay, but the front desk customer service left a lot to be desired. In contrast, the café, restaurant, and valet staff were exceptional, so much so that I would return because of their hospitality alone. Unfortunately, every interaction with the front desk made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, whether checking in or calling for assistance. The room itself was clean and neat, and the king-size bed was very comfortable, though several of the lights didn’t work. The location is also great, cute, lively, and full of that nostalgic Ybor City weekend energy I remember from living in Florida over a decade ago. If I could rate the café, restaurant, and valet services separately, they would get 5 stars. But my overall rating reflects the full experience at Hotel Haya.
