First and foremost, let me just do a quick rave about DASHAWN, the beverage administrator, is absolutely phenomenal!!! He made excellent recommendations for breakfast, was super attentive, and so dang friendly! The food was amazing and the dessert! Chef’s kiss. ❤️ The hotel is also very nice and the rooms are spacious and cute. A true boutique experience.

Katelyn was a great waitress for our bachelorette party brunch! Super attentive and patient as we had a very large group, and made sure to take time to celebrate both a birthday and the bride!
Came for a friends wedding and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Jett was especially helpful with our check-in process as well. Hotel is very pretty and eclectic feeling. Room was clean and put together.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch at the bar of Flora Fina. Hung out with a good friend. Ashley the bartender was top notch and Mike, the host, was extremely pleasant and courteous.

Very personable. Jett was very accommodating when we had some questions and made everything perfect.
Lena was very warm and welcoming. Most places take your order and call it a day, but she really envelopes the best customer service you want before the work day.
We sat at the bar and had the most personable and expansive experience with Kolbe and Kevin. They treated us like VIP and gave us extensive information about their wine and liquor selection and even had some nice anecdotes to go with them.
We were there for a wedding, and our stay for the weekend was WONDERFUL! I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away. Great location, friendly staff, beautiful aesthetic, and comfortable, clean rooms. Everything was wonderful. we will definitely be back!
This hotel allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and a really pretty boutique cuban vibe. The hotel was great, the pool was clean, the coffee shop was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. You would think a balcony room on 7th Avenue would be loud but it was not that way at all on a Friday night. The location was amazing and very walkable and close to the trolley to see the sights. And by the way, the beauty products and hair dryer were amazing!!!
Great experience! Bar staff was super knowledgeable and the bar bites hit the spot before a night out. The pool was a whole vibe with the DJ and cocktails. The valet staff was so kind even when we lost the claim check the next morning. Thank you Grant, Kyle, Jordan, Sora and Andrew.
