The breakfast was very poor…
This amazing hotel has an incredible staff, wonderful bar and a Michelin star restaurant. Decor is unique and so beautiful, gardens are lush, location is perfect. I spent 3 nights here and everything was perfect. Make sure to eat at the restaurant and visit Leo at the bar!!!!

The staff were fantastic. Before and during our stay they responded very quickly to all requests - restaurant bookings, transfers and any information we needed. Very professional. And all the staff were extremely friendly and happy. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Ostuni.
-Position amazing and a nice old property
-Breakfast very good
- we stayed in the Saphire/ Zaffiro Room for two nights
- not great if your not travelling alone... the toilette is in the open room, so don't expect a "quite moment" by yourselves. Not exactly romantic.. and of course no bidet.
- no coffee machine in the room and in case you would decide to take the laundry bag there will be charge of 23€.
- on the second night the heating in the room didn't work. After three visits by the nice night porter Giuseppe he didn't manage to get the heating working but supplied us with a separate duvet, but couldn't find a separate heater. We stayed over the New Years period and the outside temperature was just above freezing, yes even Puglia there can be a cold snap.
Staff not overly friendly, rather argumentative. Especially at the reception desk. Altogether below the expected five star experience one is paying for. Especially if your group has booked altogether six rooms, practically half the hotel.

Everything was excellent with very friendly and personal service. Perfect location in the heart of Ostuni and in the broader region. Attention for every little detail, warm atmosphere and delicious food ánd cocktails! Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing design, excellent food and lovely staff. The spa was also lovely, perfectly designed for 2, with great massage therapists.

Everything was fabulous
Great location. Beautiful, eclectic property. Superior suite was very spacious with high ceilings. Frederica and her colleague at the front desk were very accommodating. Breakfast offerings were limited, especially for a hotel in Europe of this caliber. The shower was inside of a high walled tub so it was difficult and slippery to get in and out of. The price was expensive compared to other similar hotels in Puglia.
