Great location, great staff and room was awesome! Large, modern and very clean.
Parking was a little difficult due to the shared parking lot
Friendly staff, clean hotel, relatively new, good breakfast, large parking lot.
The faucet in the bathroom had almost no water pressure; practically only a trickle of water came out. We had reported the problem, but nothing changed.
The kitchenette was handy, and breakfast was crowded but good. Enjoyed the pool.
The floors were mopped with heavy soap that lingered on the floor. The ventilation was non existent therefore the towels never dried, and were never replaced. The door next to room 101 was right next to an exit, which made for noisy early mornings.
We went for our anniversary and my husband asked for a quiet room. To our surprise we got to our room with roses, cake, the bed had bows and flower petals, and it was completely amazing!!! The breakfast was also wonderful! with only a small wait for eggs and sausage refills to come, the selection was absolutely amazing, and food tasted great! Excellent amenities in room also, fridge, stove, micro, dishes, etc..
The air conditioning was very noisy. Breakfast potato were spicy... not for everyone. A night light would be nice in bathroom, though no other hotel has that either.

Not critical but slightly unusual: many Canadian hotels including this one also do not use duvet covers, just 2 sheets that "sandwich" the duvet.

You have to pay with credit card. Those of us with international debit cards could not pay with our cards at the check inn desk
