Дуже задоволені перебуванням у цьому готелі. Сучасний дизайн, чисті та комфортні номери, все продумано до дрібниць.Прибирання на високому рівні, всюди охайно та затишно. Персонал привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Сніданки смачні та різноманітні. Атмосфера в готелі дуже приємна.

Сімейний номер з вдома кімнатами та ваннами кімнатами це щось нереальне!🔥Просторо, зручно, стильно, яскраво і водночас спокійно та тихо) Великий плюс парковка безкоштовна та все для домашніх улюбленців
Дуже смачні сніданки та великі, затишний ресторан!!! Сподобалось все🔥

Відсутність холодильника) але є + на барі безкоштовний лід))

Не перший раз зупиняємося родиною в отелі. Загальні враження - приємні.
Pros:

Затишний номер, облаштування. Швидко вирішувалися всі питання по факту звернення.

Cons:

Шумоізоляція між поверхами. Над нашим номером гучно святкували подію в нічний час, - крики, гупання по підлозі. Адміністрація готелю має звертати увагу гостей на час, в який гучність в номерах має бути зменшена. Перша ніч була жахлива. Проживали три ночі, - наступні - тихо та комфортно.
Перепад напруги в номері вивів з ладу зарядний пристрій.

Siaubinga ventiliacijos sistema, nuolat tvanku.
Katastrofiškas pusryčių organizavimas, eilės labai didelės, personalas reaguoja tik paprašius. Vieną rytą net negavome kavos.

Szeparálhatatlan fürdőszoba
Sajnos most nem volt alaposan kitakarítva. Ezt korábban nem tapasztaltuk.
