Very friendly and quiet place to stay
We’re always happy when we stay there. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly.
Very clean interior. Little touches like good smelling toiletries and our own coffee maker add up. The mini fridge had a freezer which was very helpful to freeze our ice packs.
Loved that coffee was available 24hours in the lobby. The indoor pool was just the right size and kept very clean.
Customer service is great
We echo the review from Katarays — we had almost the exact same experience.
We booked weeks in advance and, as IHG loyalty members, expected to receive the suite listed on our confirmation email. Instead, when we arrived, we were placed in a handicap-accessible room — which we did not request and do not need. Taking a room away from someone who might truly need it is not something we believe in.
When we asked for the suite we booked, we were told there were none available. When we asked how this could happen, the front desk offered no accountability, blamed the IHG booking system, and told us to call customer service. Later, we confirmed that the hotel itself had given away our suite — meaning we were lied to.
Had we been told the truth, we would have requested a refund and stayed elsewhere. Instead, we were deceived and charged for a room we did not book.
When we called back to speak with the manager, we were first told they would be in Thursday, then Monday — and no manager has ever called us. At this point, we are not even sure this hotel has a manager… or the suites they advertise.
This experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and completely mishandled. We will not be giving our business to this hotel or IHG in the future.
Clean, quiet

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
If you like overcooked, warm food you will like it. I, however, prefer my food hot off the stove and not with a crust on scrambled eggs or around the edges of the sausage. Lukewarm, weak coffee is also not my favorite.
The food was inedible. Every morning the same. They didn't seem to care. It ended up in the trash.
Extra coffee pods for the room were only available in decaf. Yuk! Again, they didn't care.
There was an odor like something died in the bathroom, I complained, and they did nothing to correct it. I had to leave the bathroom door closed with the fan on the whole three day stay.
It was good!
I will never book with hotels.com anymore as I was ripped off and paid triple the price

Je recommande que l'établissement mettre un peu plus d'attention sur l'entretien et la propreté. Je visite régulièrement les Holiday inn Express et 1 fois sur 2 je ne retrouve pas le niveau de propreté et d'entretien qui m'a fait choisir cette chaîne pour mes déplacements
Breakfast was fresh and hot and quickly replenished. Tables cleaned off. GOOD JOB! I’ll stay here again because of the breakfast service.
