The location was perfect!!! We were there for Teen Football Playoffs, and the fields were right across the street. The lobby was inviting and vibrant, with lots of color, and it just made you feel welcome. Also, at check-in, you got a bag with two complimentary waters and a snack, so cute!! Our room was cozy with two queen beds, a desk, and a view. We could see the bar next door, and the music was nice, LOL!! The bathroom was super clean with a glass shower door instead of a shower curtain, which made the bathroom feel more luxurious than Motel 6ish. The pool was a nice size and the perfect temp after a hot day of watching football outdoors. Parking could be improved; many large trucks take up more than one space, so we had to park on the street. Within walking distance of a donut shop and a fabulous Mexican restaurant. We will definitely stay here again when in Midland, and we told all the football parents as well, since some of them had to book a hotel further away. The price was not bad either. Comes with free breakfast, but unfortunately we did not get to try it as we were out late most nights, so getting kids up early was not a thing this trip. Staff so pleasant and helpful, and in the lobby there is a pool table where we could just hang out and drink some beverages as we strategized on the evening's games. The kids loved it!!
The employees at this facility were extremely helpful and kind when I needed assistance with anything. The room was clean, spacious and overall exceeded our expectations for that weekend! Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying at this location again! Price was very affordable for the amount of time we were there!
There was not one thing we did not like. Everything was perfect. It couldn't have gotten any better than what we experienced at this hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun weekend in Midland, Tx.
The main issue was the cleanliness. There was mold in the shower. When the water was turned on in the sink the smell was horrible. I understand it is an economy motel but the mold and smell in the sink was awful.
Everything this place was amazing
How close it was to the reason we were there
Tv didn't work
Phone didn't work
Fire alarm went off the last way we were there and it smelt like rotten eggs in our room
It’s nothing i didn’t like about the facility, just a few people staying there were a little loud, chaotic, and filthy. The 1st floor walls ended up being thrown up on and trashed.
Love the room size super clean.
Your internet connection to the tv suck i had to watch TV on my phone. Tried to call front desk but couldn't get them to answer.
Clean and front people were kind.
I could hear the alarm going off in someone’s room at 4:00 in the morning- while I didn’t go to bed because people were walking up and down the halls with kids and they were loud. Kids were running down the hall for two nights. I left a day early and at the cost.
Breakfast was okay. Location wasn’t what I expected.
We needed a pet friendly hotel for our senior, blind dog. There was absolutely no grass anywhere on the property for him to do his business. He had to step and fall all over hard rocks. It was a terrible experience.
Also, the tv stations had no signal and we could not watch any of the NCAA softball tournament on ESPN. Very disappointing.
