Lo stabile è nuovo, personale cortese e disponibile.
Alcune camere però, spacciate x family room x 4 persone, non vanno bene neanche x 2.
Troppo piccole, senza box doccia, senza armadio

Buen hotel en ksamil
Pros:

Su ubicación, que no está en todo el bullicio de bares y demás, pero caminando estás a escasos minutos. También tienes la opción de bajar a varias playas andando desde el alojamiento.
Tiene parking privado y el desayuno y el personal muy bien.
La chica que se encarga del check in es encantadora.

Simples mas confortável
Pros:

Quarto confortável, com uma pequena cozinha (que nao usamos, mas possuía cooktop de 2 bocas, pia e frigobar), uma pequena varanda com varal. Ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionavam bem. Espaço para estacionar o carro dentro da propriedade e café da manhã gostoso.

Cons:

Únicas observações a fazer é que o quarto era no terceiro andar e com acesso somente por escada, caso haja alguma limitaçao de locomoção não é uma boa estadia. O banheiro nao tinha box, entao após o banho tudo ficava molhado. Nada que tenha estragado nossa estadia.

Pros:

Staff, posizione centrale vicino alla mano di ksamil, letto, struttura esterna con piante.

Cons:

La camera non era vista mare come scritto sul sito, si vedevano case. Eravamo al terzo piano. Il mare si vedeva dal quarto dove abbiamo fatto colazione.

La posizione ottima x raggiungere spiagge e centro. Mini appartamento semplice ma funzionale con un bel terrazzino. Ottima la colazione.

Knowing that the prices are higher in Ksamil than in other cities, the accommodation is very interesting. The room was clean, a few minutes from the beaches and with its own balcony. The breakfast is very generous and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There would be a lack of blackout curtains in the rooms, the brightness is strong in the morning. The air conditioning was not adjustable and we were either too hot or too cold. There are also no curtains in the showers.
