No points rewarded and toilet stopped up bad. What else would you have me write?
Pros:

The room was okay, but noisy (freeway outside my window). I prefer first floor, ended up on the third. The front desk was friendly, even though disappointing to hear no reward points because of your services.

Cons:

We'll when I checked in I was informed by the front desk clerk, that because I used your service to book my stay, they could not give me my rewards points. I WASN'T EVEN AWARE THAT I WAS BOOKING THROUGH YOU. NEXT TIME I WILL JUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GET MY REWARD POINTS. Very disappointing and stupid on my part not to have checked first.
Left before breakfast. Toilet was stopped up when I used it the following morning, that was really disappointing. Especially since I was leaving so early.

Perfect location, centrally located to all event locations in the Coachella Valley.
Pros:

​Had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Coachella Valley Inn & Suites! 🌴 The suites are spacious and modern, the staff is top-notch, and the free breakfast is the perfect morning jumpstart. That outdoor pool is a desert dream!

Pros:

It was a great stay. We went to watch the Mary Nutter softball tournament and it was maybe a 7-8 minute drive to the complex. I had no issues with the BW+. We will stay there next year.

Would recommend, and will be staying here again.
Pros:

Lots of breakfast options.

Cons:

Noise from the Interstate, from both sides of the hotel. I have stayed here several times, and notice the noise day and night.

SUCKED!!!
Pros:

This location sucks. The staff were rude as hell. The location is rather close to the freeway so is very convenient. Breakfast sucked because I didn’t eat there because I didn’t stay there. I really want a refund now from booking .com because I paid for a room that I wasn’t allowed to stay in.

Cons:

I did not like being put on a do no rent list by hotel staff and yet was not informed about it.
