Pros:

Nice and clean, big shower, great views. Staff very pleasant

Desde temprano habia ruido de platos, vasos etc. El sanitario tardaba mucho en llenarse para hacer la descarga del retrete.

Pros:

Falta limpieza, las alfombras están muy manchadas, igual las cubiertas de las sillas. Las camas rechinan demasiado, apenas en las mínimo movimiento rechina.
Tiene jardines alrededor y por lo mismo entran bichos, me tocó reubicar 2 arañas que andaban dentro de la habitación.
La atención buena, ubicación buena a un par de cuadras del centro.

Pros:

Me encanto solo tuvimos un inconveniente reserve dos habitaciones. Una era perfecta con todo y.la otra tenía varios desperfectos, no servia el control de la television, en el baño no habia donde dejar el cepillo de dientes, el ultimo dia no pudimos bañarnos por que la llave del agua caliente de la regadera no funciono. Al final creo que hay que cuidar estos detalles para que la satisfacción sea total.

La habitación estuvo limpia, las camas cómodas, muy cerca del centro, una vista bonita, el único detalle es que cierran el restaurante a las 7pm y no sabíamos, ya no pudimos cenar

Excelente lugar, solo que a la habitación 11 le fata una cortina mas grande en el baño ya que a los costados quedaba corta y era algo incomoda la privacidad del baño y no contaba con cable la habitación

Hotel de La Loma was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the plaza. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was stellar. The views of the city were breath taking. The room was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay there the next time that I am in Tlaxcala!

Pros:

Todo bien en general, sólo sugiero atender la pintura del exterior del hotel, piensen en algún mosquitero porque se meten bichos por las ventanas, y sólo supervisar debajo del lavabo del baño que no exista moho, pero te atienden muy bien, el personal es muy atento, la ubicación está bien, la apareciencia en general, sí lo recomiendo y sí volvería.
