The location is ideal for a stopover to other places as it’s close to the M40. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful.
I was unable to get the air conditioning to work, the pillows were to thick and solid (I sleep on my front & ended up trying to sleep without a pillow at all) and sound proofing rooms still hasn’t been achieved.
It’s all very well getting tech into the hotel and QR codes everywhere but if the basics are still lacking then scores won’t improve.
Wonderfully comfortable, clean, quiet and friendly and good food and drinking available!

The bar and restaurant was a nice open are.
Room wasn’t made up for 3 of us. Did get a complimentry drink but when your tired it’s not what you need.

Air conditioning didn’t work throughout my stay on a very hot weekend. Bins not emptied by cleaners. Would be nice to have some healthier options at breakfast.

Location was perfect. The room was quite noisy as there was a busy road and roundabout directly outside and we needed the window open most of the time. This was because we could not get the air conditioning stay on.

It’s a great location if you want to spend time in Bicester Village, visit Oxford or even the Cotswolds. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
I did not enjoy the food.
Lovely location from Bicester and to get to Cotswolds. Staff, room is nice and breakfast great.
Paying for parking at a hotel you stay at is a bug bear. Room temp too, so warm in night. Opened window but a lot of road traffic so took a couple of hours to fall asleep.
