Very bad experience will not choose Holiday Inn again

Dirty room found pills under the bed,no air con,no duvet for the extra guest,the hotel is next to busy road and it’s impossible to sleep on open window or a fan for the whole night

Convenient, clean and welcoming but best if you like a very firm mattress
Pros:

Well located, clean, plenty of parking. Staff helpful and accommodating of my request for a twin room.

Cons:

Bed was very firm for my liking. Parking charge didn’t feel reasonable given the out of town location.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our overnight stay, lovely friendly , helpful staff, very clean room , good choice of lighting, comfortable bed and a great breakfast, good choice and the cooked food was nice and hot.

Weekend stay
Pros:

The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom. Decaff coffee in the room as standard.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
A really good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking should be free for guests.
No mushrooms on the breakfast buffet.
