Great would definitely use this hotel again

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast choices were great

There was a drainage smell in the room but once I reported it staff came immediately to fix the problem

Great location near bus from/to Oxford and for my visit to Bicester Village.
Pros:

Location - next to Bicester Village (10-15 min walk) and next to the Bicester Park and Ride bus stop for the bus to/from Oxford (4 min walk). Croissants at breakfast were divine! Coffee was great. Bedroom was streamlined and devoid of clutter. Bed was very comfortable. Very good choice at breakfast. Good that the staff get to enjoy the breakfast buffet as soon as guests are finished.

Cons:

Unremarkable surroundings / view - but that's not the hotel's fault. It was what it is - what I call a Roundabout Hotel on the outskirts of a town/city best suited for those who have a car or who have no desire to explore the surroundings on foot. Breakfast finished at 10 on the dot on a Sunday morning! A bit early. And I ended up cleaning a table for myself as there was nobody in sight to do so.
Not the hotel's fault but it must be said Bicester Village offers poor value for what it's supposed to be - an outlet with reduced prices. For example Longchamp bags cost £5 less than on the high street / online. Sample: Bag in Bicester £120; exact same bag online £125....... Glad I copped that and now have a better choice of colours etc in my home city of Dublin where prices same as online (including £/€ exchange rate). So, I will not bother with Bicester Village again.

A perfect night away
Pros:

This was a great location for our meet up, it’s only 5 minutes from the motorway and close to Bicester Village. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a large, hot, powerful shower. I had forgotten my toothbrush but they provided one with no issues!
Breakfast was lovely- there was plenty of variety and it was stocked up well.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, gorgeous breakfast and the staff were amazing and friendly.

Cons:

There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom coming up from the shower but the smell was outside the hotel also. Also the heating didn’t work in the room.
