Honest opinion
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and clean. The location was perfect for us, not far from where we needed to be. Overall, a really pleasant experience, The staff were very polite. Breakfast facilities were fantastic.

Cons:

There were a few things I didn’t enjoy during my stay. The room was quite hot, and I wasn’t able to adjust the air conditioning to make it more comfortable. I also wasn’t aware that pets were allowed at the hotel, and as someone with allergies, this caused me to sneeze quite a lot and made my chest feel tight. Additionally, I saw a guest let their dog eat from one of the bowls at breakfast, which I found quite off-putting. I did mention this to staff on our checking out but he didn't seem fazed by this

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Everything we needed was provided

Cons:

Its very annoying that there is only ever 1 comfy chair in the bedrooms even though we have booked a room for 2 people. This happens in every IHG hotel we've stayed at. We do not like to sit in or on the bed to watch TV. Id like this to be addressed in all IHG rooms across the board please
It would be better if there was more comfy seating near the tvs in communal areas
