Really enjoyed the stay
Staff at front desk and valet were very friendly. We had a bartender who seemed annoyed we were there. The room was mid. Slept well, but the black tile in the bathroom and shower showed a lot of stains and watermarks that made it look unclean. The lighting in the bathroom was not great. Not worth the price we paid at all, but the location is very convenient. I won’t be booking here again, though.

Passing through while on a road trip, so our stay was short and a place to rest our heads.
The only items of concern we’re coincidently in the place we likes the most, The bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful and amazing and is easily noticeable how much effort and time went into designing the space. However, The bathroom fan/vent wasn’t working, causing the bathroom to over steam and get wet or on the opposite have residual odor if someone used the bathroom. Also the shower knob to turn on the water seemed to be missing the little screw because when I went to turn the knob it fell off when it was upside down. That’s all that we found concerning.
I would like to know where you purchased the body wash, shampoo, and hand soap as it was amazing! This is not your typical items and we were blown away on how great they smelled and how felt.

Great atmosphere, unique aesthetic (including the long six-story chandelier in the stairwell and the incredible stained glass wall in the Tudor Room). Nice to be downtown, near the free tram, with easy access to Broadway Blvd. Wonderful valet staff for car parking/retrieval. Construction all over the place around the hotel, but that's not their fault.

Impeccable service from the valet to the front desk and everywhere in between. We didn't get to dine with them this time around, but will try to do so on our next visit. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
