Great location, but room could be cleaner.
Pros:

Location was excellent and common areas were clean and modern.

Cons:

Our room had an awful musty odor and the sheets were full of little black hairs.

Not enough towels/wash cloths and only given one extra for a two night stay, empty body wash as well as shampoo/conditioner in the shower, poor lighting in the area of the mirror, busted sink, used feminine products laying on the floor in the women’s bathroom near the lobby, the pool area is not easily accessible, staff seemed super annoyed when I asked for more towels and during check in

Excellent stay at a reasonable price
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean facilities, clean room, and bathroom. Good location and easy access to area. Quiet hours were observed.

Cons:

I booked a room on Booking.com that said it was a king suite with a sofa bed but unfortunately, this hotel does not have sofa beds. The GM provided various solutions and was accomodating. The error was not with the hotel but rather the information on the Booking.com website/app. The beds were average in comfort and the pillows were smaller.

The window curtain was hanging off and it did not have a curtain that
Gives you privacy, it was see through. I got a king room and a king bed. The room was very small. There were multiple stains on the bed. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay. I ended up leaving early.
