Very disappointed, much different from last stay about a month ago.o
Cons:

They ran out of food all 3 days i spent there at least an hour better before service time was done. Very frustrating. Waffles wery very rubbery. They were out of orange juice all 3 days as well.

Hotel and rooms were fine/ staff lacking
Pros:

Clean, quiet

Cons:

Front desk clerk seemed distracted and confused. Did not explain charges for incidentals and pet damage hold fees. She also didn’t know I had booked 2 rooms. I had to call for receipt to be emailed to me twice. I tried calling back and the phone was allowed to ring for at least 10 times and then answered and hung up. I called back and it rang for the same amount of times before someone answered. Same clerk was again seemingly confused and distracted. All I wanted was for all costs to be explained up front so I could have planned accordingly. I may have chosen a different method of payment had I known how much would be held on my card.

An unexpectedly comfortable port in a storm.
Pros:

The breakfast was very practical and tasty. The location was a bit further from Manassas Old Town than i would have liked, but this wasn't a big problem for me.

Cons:

The location. I had hoped it would be a bit closer to Old Town.

Good but seems going through Booking.com might not have been the best option.
Pros:

Good location, able to bring our pet!

Cons:

In error I checked us out early, we paid for two nights, when I asked if we could have our room, we were denied. Told to call Booking.com because they had already sold our room.
