Wonderful stay in Humen
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the staff are very understanding and the 7-11 on the ground floor is extremely convenient.

Pros:

The reception does not speak English at all even though the description said they did. The hotel is dirty, the food in the restaurants is not good and they are not helpful at the front desk.

Make sure to ask for Non-Smoking room
Pros:

Big complaint against the service of room assignment. They will assign you to the smoking floor without asking or confirming with you. They sent me to the 6th floor, and it was fine during the day. But the second morning, the room is filled with a cigarette smell. It was probably because the restroom fan was off along with the light, and the neighboring room's smoke got in. I went to the front desk, and they said they assign me to the 6th floor because the only non-smoking floors are 12 and 13, and they were probably full (Excuses and Lies!) After I request a room change, a room on the 13th floor is suddenly available. Their manager needs to revise their SOP to make sure to ask and confirm the smoking or non-smoking room assignment. Not all Asian-looking, Chinese-speaking people SMOKE!

Suitable for business travel and stay
Pros:

Nice hotel for business travel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Nice hot shower. Room have comfy beds and some tea/ coffee as refreshments. It is adjoining to a mall so have plenty of options for restaurants and cafe. Starbucks is just outside the hotel. They don’t hv breakfast within property. They have leased out some restaurant at -1 floor in the adjoining mall for the breakfast. The options were limited and quality was ok. Nothing great. So don’t expect much.

疫情期間，防疫措施做得很好，要量體温，要申報，感覺安全。 酒店很新，所以非常干淨。 房間裝修簡約，和歐美的 Holiday Inn Express 一樣，唯一有點搞笑的事房間有一個吊燈，是沒有開關的，關不了，最後要叫服務員來把燈泡拔掉。 周邊購物吃飯很方便，有沃爾瑪。 整体都非常好，唯一的遺憾是疫情期不提供自助早餐，只發了兩張共30塊的優惠卷去樓下的麥當勞吃。 每次去歐美出差住 Holiday Inn Express，都是為了他們豐富的免費自助早餐，不過這次是疫情期間，本人非常理解。
