A comfortable and convenient stay in Ikebukuro, perfect for exploring Tokyo.
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location in Ikebukuro was convenient for getting around Tokyo, with plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. It was a great base for exploring the city.

Cons:

There could have been a little more space, but overall the accommodation was comfortable and suited our needs well.

넓고 깨끗했다.
역에서 위치도 가까운편.

Cons:

도어락이 잠기지 않아 외출을 못했다.
숙소 주인에게 연락했으나 문제해결은 되지 않았다.

L'emplacement du logement à moins de 10min du métro. Dans un quartier animé. A 2 pas d'un FamilyMart.

L'absence de fer à repasser. Espace petit, pour 4 personnes avec 2 valises chacunes.

広々として清潔感があり過ごしやすいと感じました

Cons:

チェックイン時間になり指定の部屋へ向かう際、エレベーターを降りてすぐのフロアにて清掃スタッフが床に座りスマホで何か視聴していました。清掃用具もフロア全体に広げられており、避けつつ部屋前まで向かい開錠しようとしたところ座っていたスタッフに制止され入ろうとしていた部屋を暗証番号で開け中にいるスタッフに出てくるよう声を掛けていました。チェックイン開始時間はとうに過ぎていましたし、部屋から出てきたスタッフ含め2名とも何の説明や謝罪もなく廊下に出てこちらの様子をただ見つめていました。在宅中はインロックしていれば特に問題はありませんでしたが、外出中は上記のように簡単に第三者が出入りできる環境にあるのかと嫌悪感を抱きました。

とても良かったです！
Pros:

ロケーション以外。
至れり尽くせりで、暮らせるほど。
洗濯機に洗濯洗剤、ハンガー、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、櫛。
お風呂もきれい、水圧も十分、タオルも十分な枚数あり。
もちろんキッチンには洗剤も新品スポンジ。
今回は1泊だけで特に不足なものはなかったけれど、必要があれば手前のコンビニで何でもそろう。

Cons:

ラブホテル街を抜ける、というロケーションだけがちょっと・・・。
ど真ん中ではないとはいえ。
でも割り切ればOK。
