One of the best budget stays in Tokyo, great for groups with lots of luggage
Pros:

A good deal for the space, cleanliness, and amenities. The place smells clean just by entering and check in/check out is quick and seamless. Ample supply of cleaning supplies, disposable amenities, slippers, sleepwear, towels, and plates. The staff always replies promptly and happy to help you book some restaurants that require a JP number as well. Worth noting that because this hotel is unmanned, if you arrive early in Tokyo like us you will need to store your luggage in coin lockers or Ecbo Cloak until your 3PM checkin.

Cons:

For some reason my rhinitis was on an overdrive in some days of my stay here. My nose is cleared when I get out of the room. That’s one thing to watch out especially if you’ve got rhinitis. Also the cleaning can be improved — I wish the 2-day cleaning is automatic rather than relying on whether the sign has been plastered. Would’ve made more sense if the sign is used to refuse cleaning, than to request it.

整體非常滿意，今次是第二次入住，希望能改善清潔時候的保安問題，下次還希望入住。
Pros:

位置優越，前往池袋站00分鐘及太陽城購物中心15至20分鐘，住宿環境舒適、空間寬敞、乾淨衛生、浴室有亂放及乾燥設備、入住及對方容易。

Cons:

今次住宿在地下，有一天中午12點返回住所，當時清潔人員正在進行打掃，清潔人員長地下進入有所玻璃門打開了，同時將101、102及103 ，三間房的門也打開了，清潔人員在其中一間房間入面打掃，我們無需按密碼就可以進入大樓給自己房間，清潔人員也不知道，這個構成了都是風險，希望可以向住宿管理方反映，並在此提醒及培訓清潔員工，注意保安，不要將大樓有鎖鐵閘打開，並且每次只打開清潔的房間。

快適
Pros:

とても静かで、部屋はとてもきれい。
すぐ近くにコンビニもあり快適に過ごせました。 洗濯洗剤も浴室乾燥機もあったので着替えがなくても安心です。

Cons:

チェックアウトが3分すぎてしまったのですが、ちょうどの時間にドアが開いて驚いた声とともに閉まりました。
番号入力の鍵なので、清掃の方かも知れませんが驚きました。

Cons:

Would have been nice if we were alerted to the fact that they didn't provide luggage storage services before we booked the room! It might have changed our decision to book. Other than that, its proximity to Ikebukuro station and a large majority of the shopping areas was very convenient!

Great Service, Clean, Spacious & near transit.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, great bathroom/shower room & has a washer.
Shower room also doubles as a dryer.
Fast & efficient service, you can ping them or put magnets up on your door for room service, which will provide you will everything requested and clean
6 minute walk to ikebukuro Station

Cons:

The pillows were pretty hard, 2 pillows made it manageable, however if you're staying here, we would recommend getting a 2nd pillow.
This area is near love hotels, however don't put too much thought into it.

Pros:

Ambiente piccolo (in linea con gli standard giapponesi) ma accogliente. La piccola cucina con frigorifero e accessori è stata molto utile per colazioni mattutine e pasti leggeri indispensabili in un lungo soggiorno. Proprio davanti alla struttura è presente un minimarket aperto 24/24. La vicinanza alla stazione di Ikebukuro è fondamentale, infatti è un crocevia delle linee principali di treno/metropolitana indispensabili per raggiungere i luoghi da visitare.

Cons:

Un problema, peraltro segnalato subito dalla struttura, è l'impossibilità di accogliere bagagli prima del ceck-in (sempre dalle 15) o anticipare l'ingresso. Questo può essere fastidioso per chi come noi è arrivato la mattina presto.
I letti sono leggermente duri per le nostre abitudini ma questo è molto soggettivo.
