Luxury before and after amazing beach days.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, luxurious.

Cons:

For families with young children, it may be best to use your own vehicle while getting around Sandestin and heading to the beach. The shuttle service is great but waiting for it to arrive may not be ideal for some with younger children. We had our own vehicle and it made a huge difference for us. We loved it!

I had the time of my life and plan to be back again and again!!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! I have stayed at the resort perhaps 5 times now, and it always provide the rest, relaxation and quality I desire!! I am always singing the praises of the hotel…, so much so that this time I brought my family!! They believe I should become a brand ambassador for the hotel at this point…lol!!

Overpriced for an average hotel
Pros:

Shuttle bus to the beach.
Manager and some people at the desk were friendly.
Interior hotel looks nice.

Cons:

They charge a resort fee, but then they closed the pool for a private event! Sorry but you can’t do that to people.

Parking / entrance, very unclear and busy with cars.

Some people at the front desk can use some extra training.

No refill of water or coffee in the room for the second night / day.
