Pros:

Desayuno muy completo. Reponen todo el tiempo el faltante. Ubicación excelente ,si no tenes vehículo estas cerca de todo. En general muy bien. Camas almohadas toallas excelentes condiciones.

Es un hotel muy cercano a Praia do ingleses y de todos los locales y restaurantes. Muy buena ubicación.

En la recepción había un chico que al parecer estaba enseñando a un Sr. Mayor y el tipo desagradable, ni siquiera fue capaz de entregar las indicaciones mínimas del lugar

Excelente ubicación. Muy buen desayuno y variado.
Las habitaciones cómodas y acorde al precio

Cons:

La limpieza de habitación es dia por medio, sino hay que pagar extra.
En mi caso, toda la semana tuvimos agua tibia en la ducha, reclamamos 4 veces a personas diferentes y ninguna sabia nada diciendo que enviaban un técnico pero cri cri

Segunda vez en el hotel. No vuelvo más!!!

1) Cercanía con la playa
2) Parking gratis

Cons:

1) Me cobraron en una sola cuota, cuando había pagado en 3 cuotas con mi tarjeta de crédito brasileña. No supieron arreglar su error.
2) Una lámpara no funcionaba. Nunca la arreglaron con la excusa de que iban a llegar nuevos modelos.
3) En la ducha del baño salía fría el agua
4) El aire acondicionado funcionaba a media máquina y enfriaba muy poco.
Se notaba que la unidad externa se habìa quemado anteriormfnte.
5) Ningún empleado del hotel pudo solucionar los 4 reclamos que hice.😡

Pros:

El desayuno fue el punto alto, muy rico y variado

Cons:

Hotel sin nada mas que ofrecer que la habitación, no tenía piscina ni lugares de esparcimiento, tampoco había nada en apoyo para ir a la playa ( como repoceras o quitasol)
