a great hotel in the heard of nakasu with food galore all around.
Pros:

the room was as advertised, nice and clean, fast and free wifi, and is located near plenty of restaurants. checking in was straight forward usking the kiosk and check out was even easier. i'm becoming more of a relaxed traveler waking up later instead of going out 7am and getting as much in as i can so when i left for the day and passed by any staff, they were polite and greeted me. this is something you dont really find anywhere other than japan.

Cons:

I got exactly what i paid for at this hotel. there is nothing i didn't like about this hotel.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is good, but honestly I cannot think of other things to praise this hotel. Would not choose to stay in the same chain next time.

Cons:

There is a very heavy smoking smell in the room. The staff is not very helpful, when you ask them to help they just find excuse to reject you. When you do not require room cleansing service, they even do not deliver clean towel to you. You have to ask for clean towel at the counter every day.

地下鉄から近くて目の前がコンビニだった

Cons:

良くなかったというか宿泊税をチェックインの際に支払うのですが、端末操作でのチェックインだったのでもたついて時間がかかってしまうので大変だった。

ホテルの方が、私が日中預けた荷物の預かり証を見つけられずに居ると、「後でも大丈夫ですよ、見つけられますたらお知らせ下さいね」と、優しく言ってくれたのが、とても有難かったです
