Very nice and peaceful hotel. Very close to a lot of attractions and the beach without the main traffic of the beach.
Pros:

Great location, staff, and spacious rooms.

Cons:

This is not a problem for me but the location of the hotel is not far from the airport. There were aircraft sounds during the stay but it is not overwhelming.

Good location to enjoy Myrtle Beach.
Pros:

Convenient location Very good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The room was not completely accessible. Not enough hand rails around the toilet and in the shower. Toilet was too low.

Pros:

Breakfast, room and staff were great.

Cons:

Pool needed to be cleaned. They cleaned it on Monday but for the weekend it was full of algae.

It was good, but could have been better.
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, great location, in the same parking lot as the mall, 2 mins from Walmart and almost anywhere to eat, the crazy mason was walking distance. Free breakfast was great my children really enjoyed having cereal and waffles every morning. The rooms were big and beautiful and accommodating for my family of five. Loved that there was a couch bed so everyone could sleep comfortably.

Cons:

Even with texting being available for the front desk I had to ask 2 and 3 times for clean towels or anything I needed from house keeping. I would text in the morning when I woke up they would tell me it’s on its way and 8-10 hours would go by and it would never come. I would have to text again later at night and the one guy even came up and said “oh so it’s you that’s rushing me” even though it’s been 8 hours since my first request for the towels. That was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. We asked for wash clothes and were given super huge hand towels instead that we had to wash in the shower with it was not ideal. The pool looked green I didn’t get to enjoy that either. It actually looks filthy in person the bottom looked like sludge or something was in there and from the photos online that was one of the things I was excited about most. That was a bummer.

Great Stay
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, not only our room but every where we went in the hotel. The room was large, nicely organized and quiet. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options.
