Pros:

スタッフの対応がよい。大浴場があり、施設には、シャンプー類、ドライヤー、無料鍵付きロッカー、化粧水等がある。コインランドリーも併設。レストランは９時オーダーストップで、地元産の魚が美味しい。浴衣、スリッパがあり、館内OK。鬼ヶ城がすぐ。花見の季節もいい。夏は、花火が有名。

またゆっくり過ごしに来たい
Pros:

ほぼ外出するという利用の仕方だったため、スタッフさんとはそれほど交流がありませんでした。
あくまでアクティビティを重視して、寝に帰る宿というイメージで選んだのですが、それでも丁寧な気遣いが感じ取れました。例えばロビーにそこそここだわりの強い漫画が揃えられています。部屋にレンタルもできるようです。また本格的なマッサージチェアが設置されています。
一番素晴らしかったのは、オーシャンビューでしょう！
まさにホテルのすぐそこまで海で埋め尽くされているようです。
天気のいい休日、この海を観ながら昼酒を空けたら素敵なパーティーができそうです！

とても満足でした♪
Pros:

海側の部屋で景色も良く、部屋も予想していたより広くて
丸型チェアも良くて寛げました。
枕も２種類あり高さを選べました。

夕食・朝食付きにしましたが、夕食の量は私的にはちょうど良かったです。
朝食はバイキングなので好きな物を好きなように頂きました。
夕食も朝食も美味しかったです♪

スタッフの方は外国の方もいますが対応はとても親切でした。

Cons:

夕食時はタッチパネルで追加注文があれば注文するのですが
質問したくてスタッフの方を呼びたかったのですが
呼び方が分かりませんでした。

お風呂場は女湯の洗面台が２か所しかなくて狭いです。
洗い場は２か所から入れるようになっていますが広くはないです。
湯舟も1つだけなのでお風呂好きには物足りないかと思います。

Pros:

朝食がおいしかったです。メニューも豊富でクオリティが高く感じました。
部屋の清潔感や防音性、テレビも大きく問題なしです。
ロケーションが良く、海風に当たりにいって気持ちよかった。

Cons:

・浴室ロッカーの建て付けが悪く、鍵の開閉に何度も苦労たため残念だった。
• 会計時にスタッフを呼んだが、伝票なしでレジに案内され、結局伝票が必要で別のスタッフに対応してもらった。スタッフ間の連携が不足していると感じた。
• 施設には「外国人のスタッフが努力しているので配慮してほしい」という趣旨の看板があったが、日本語に不慣れなスタッフが接客を担当したことで、対応がスムーズでなく混乱が生じた。サービスの品質を維持するためには、スタッフの言語スキルに合わせた人材配置が適切だと思う。
