駅からの近さ。
温泉も良かった。

Cons:

お安いので仕方ないですが
朝食がいまいち。
電子タバコは、部屋で可にしてほしい。
喫煙所で紙タバコの方と吸うのはしんどい。

Pros:

Dobrá lokalita v centru města v blízkosti většiny místních atrakcí. Byli jsme jen na přespání, takže jsme ani nevyužili lázně. Snídaně základní, ale dostačující.

Cons:

Pro 3 lidi jsme museli vzít 2 pokoje, takže cena za jednu noc byla 2x vyšší než za 3 noci v Osace. Ale v danou dobu v Kazanawě nic moc lepšího na poslední chvíli nebylo.

Cons:

大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、ロッカーが複数壊れていて、入浴に渋滞ができていました。
大浴場はコンパクトな作りでしたが、ロッカーの数に対して狭い印象です。
混み合う時間は入浴の予約制などにしてもらえるとより良いのではないかと思いました。

Pros:

とても混み合った中でも、合理的にかつ、客目線にたった素晴らしい対応をしていました。
スーパーホテルの施設は基本的に素敵な設備ですが、施設劣らないホスピタリティでした。
朝ごはんも、近江市場に負けない美味しさでこの価格でいいのか不安です。持続可能な形であればいいなと思います。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

Nicely located near train station pillow didn't look much at all but it was so comfortable.Free drink in the resturant case nice touch .Also had a nice selection of face masks foot and leg treatments which you could help yourself along with shampoos and conditioners

Cons:

The breakfast was quite basic and not much choice .

部屋にスティックドリンクが、ほしかった
洗面所にコンセントがあれば助かる、
小さくてもクローゼットなどが欲しい
タオルももう一枚ハンドタオルでいいのであると助かる

Short trip to go sightseeing and try the local delicacy
Pros:

It's close to the station around 10min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, many amenities to take. The onsen was great and the staff member who greeted me told me everything that I needed to know. No key card for the room, you require to enter a pin code even after midnight to come back to the hotel. Could have easily stayed two nights.

Cons:

This is no fault of the hotel but to go to the famous Omicho Market, sightseeing Kanazawa castle, Kenroku-en and
Nishi Chaya District etc. it is a bit of a walk (especially in the summer heat) of course there are busses and I am sure the staff could help you to these destinations.
