Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site.

Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival.

We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site.

Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time.

zona malfamata e servizi scarsi

stanza grande, con macchinetta caffe.

Cons:

Zona molto mal frequentata. non c'è un supermercato nei dintorni e nemmeno un bar. In cinque notti che ho dormito li non mi hanno mai rifatto la stanza ne portato altri asciugamani di ricambio ( solo 1 per tipo per 5 giorni). Nella camera non c'erano tapparelle, e quelle che c'erano erano rotte. costo molto alto, se rapportato alla zona e servizi.

O quarto é amplo, com uma excelente cozinha compacta com equipamentos, talheres, panelas. Banheiro muito bom. Fiquei num apartamento de fundo com ótimo silêncio. Localização perfeita, perto da Ópera, dos museus, do centro histórico, da Hauptbahnhof. Voltarei, com certeza

A única coisa chata, é que toda hora alguém bate na sua porta, quando não é pra vê as persianas e para vê o alarme e por aí vai, uma moça aleatoria também chamou , enfim
Único ponto negativo é esse fora isso eu amei minha estadia obrigado vocês são muito atenciosos

El apartamento es cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. El acceso fue muy simple a partir de las indicaciones recibidas. También resulta muy práctico que tenga lavadora, secadora y plancha en el subsuelo.

Cons:

Faltaba una cortina black Outlook en el dormitorio, tuve que pegar un papel en el vidrio para oscurecer la habitación.
Había una sola almohada y el edredón era muy pequeño.

They have a rigid 3 pm check-in policy. For big airport cities like Frankfurt, people fly in from America oftentimes on red-eye flights, which means we get in at 10, 11, or noon, etc. Then we have to twiddle around, exhausted, waiting for them to release their rooms - which could be ready and clean who knows when? They do not consider this; they're just watching the clock, and they use some automated message service. Many repeat messages. Disappointing.

Pros:

Very comfortable apartment just minutes away from Frankfurt's city center. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The only thing missing were some bowls. Self check-in was easy. If you have any questions, you can use the AI-powered WhatsApp chat that is started before your arrival. Very good Wi-Fi (you can choose between 2.4G and 5G). There is a bottle of hair/shower gel in the bathroom.

Cons:

There were 250 channels on the TV but only a handful was actually working. Most were locked channels like Sky, etc.

Zentral nahe Bahnhof, lebendige Straße mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Geräumiges helles Apartment mit guter Küchenausstattung.

Cons:

Laut! Zur Straße isolieren die großen Fenster den Lärm der Straße und der Baustellen kaum. Viele vermeidbare Kleinigkeiten stören, u.a. die seltsame Lichtschaltung, komplizierte Ofensteuerung, stumpfe Schneidemesser, keine Kaffeekapseln aber gute Kapselmaschine, kein Küchenhandtuch, defekte Duschhalterung, vibrierende Heizung, zweite Heizung nicht regulierbar, u.v.m. : mangelhaftes Qualitätsmanagement!
