Important information:

Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site.

Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival.

We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site.

Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Please note that our French beds have a width of at least 55 in.

Pros:

Zentral nahe Bahnhof, lebendige Straße mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Geräumiges helles Apartment mit guter Küchenausstattung.

Cons:

Laut! Zur Straße isolieren die großen Fenster den Lärm der Straße und der Baustellen kaum. Viele vermeidbare Kleinigkeiten stören, u.a. die seltsame Lichtschaltung, komplizierte Ofensteuerung, stumpfe Schneidemesser, keine Kaffeekapseln aber gute Kapselmaschine, kein Küchenhandtuch, defekte Duschhalterung, vibrierende Heizung, zweite Heizung nicht regulierbar, u.v.m. : mangelhaftes Qualitätsmanagement!

Pros:

I loved it! Somehow it was quiet and central. And warm and comfortable. And the communications from the property were excellent. I stay in Frankfurt quite a lot. Next time, I’ll take a bit of time off work to just sleep in. It was truly exceptional and exactly what I was looking for. Will stay again!

Pros:

O apartamento estava muito bem localizado, a 5 min a pe da estacao central e perto de tudo. Bem equipado, desde a cozinha à casa de banho nao faltou nada. O colchao era confortável e o quarto esteve sempre com temperatura agradavel. Apesar de nao ter funcionarios, o servico de check in automático funcionou bem. Havia tampoes para os ouvidos para minimizar o barulho do exterior.

Cons:

O barulho exterior e os estores nao tapavam o suficiente a entrada da luz.
