Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site.

Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival.

We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site.

Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time.

Konumu iyiydi, merkez tren istasyonu çok yakın, ana cadde kenarında. Tramvay önünden geçiyor. Oda çok temiz, geniş ve bakımlı, buzdolabı var, mini mutfakta herşey var. Herhangi bir çalışan yok. Girişte ve çıkışta internetten veya makinelerden kendimiz check-in ve check-out yaptık.

Cons:

Ana cadde olduğu için pencere açınca çok gürültü var.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is very comfortable.
Cons:

İ accidentally left my jewelry box in the room. It contained gold jewelry and luxury pieces worth approximately €3,500. We stayed at the hotel for only one night. Before going to bed, I put all of my jewelry back into the box. We didn’t make any other stops after checking out—we simply closed our suitcase and went straight to the airport.

The hotel told me that the housekeeping staff did not find it. However, I am certain it was left in the room.

My advice to future guests is to check the room very carefully before leaving. Lift the sheets, look around the furniture, and make sure you have all of your belongings.

Forgetting it was my mistake. Traveling with children distracted me, and unfortunately I overlooked it.

I am not accusing the hotel or saying this was necessarily theft. However, if someone entered the room after us, found the jewelry box, and failed to hand it over to the hotel staff, then that person is responsible. I sincerely hope whoever took it is identified as soon as possible.

Clean Appartment, issues with getting key card were super quickly resolved, tram just in front of the door, kitchen had everything we needed

Sketchy area partially, it was VERY loud from outside despite having the windows closed but that was because of some festival in the city and the speakers .
