Our serviced apartments house offers a 24/7 service center, but no reception on site.

Please let us know your email address so that we can send you the check-in invitation. You will receive this no later than 4 days before your arrival.

We then ask you to carry out the web check-in. You will then receive a QR code with which you can easily create a key card for your apartment. Alternatively, you can also use our check-in terminal on site.

Your apartment will be available to you no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

For the sake of the environment, we only clean your apartment every 7 days. If you would like an intermediate cleaning for a fee or a change of towels, please contact us at any time.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Opernbesuch, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Nur eines der drei Fenster hatte einen funktionierenden Rollo.

Fine apartment close to the Opera and Central Station
Pros:

A fine and easy to reach apartment in Frankfurt. A bit more spacious than many other options.

Cons:

If you are aware of the neighborhood around Frankfurt Central Station, then it should not be a surprise (and this apartment is certainly in one of the calmer areas near there).

El apartamento no estaba mal pero las ventanas destruidas y un mal servicio mucho ruido mala ubicación
Pros:

Que era bastante amplio , pero como me lo entregaron con las persianas rotas y las ventanas dañadas el sol y el ruido eran insoportable no se podía estar en el día en el salón

Cons:

No tenia persianas ni cortinas me entregaron el apartamento con la ventana totalmente dañada y nunca me la arreglaron

Great stay, very comfy. Would have like 2 working TVs.
Pros:

Close to train, supermarkets and restaurants. The area had a nice vibe

Cons:

Took me a couple of days to get used to the noise at night.
I guess there must have been a water leak at some stage cause the floor sagged in front of the kitchen. I could still use everything ok.
Couldn’t watch the TV. Remote worked only on one TV. I was unable to change the stations at all, and to turn the TV off I had to pull the plug out.
