Golden Suite had good electric curtains, multi use plug sockets even for English plugs. Sauna shower, Japanese Fancy toilets
Aircon blows straight at your face in bed
Staying in the Golden Suite, we found the auto curtains, auto Japanese Toilet, the shower that can become a sauna, the 2nd toilet room and the staff all good points with this room.
Balcony had no chairs. Golden sink missing gold lacquer which is a shame. A small plastic seat in the shower to help spending time there when it’s a sauna would help. Finally the external windows really needed a wash down. These are very minor points though

L’établissement ne vaut pas les 5 étoiles, le service de Check in a été catastrophique, on nous propose une chambre, mais n’est pas disponible de suite au vu de l heure, arrivée au vrai Check in on nous change de chambre, avec nos valise dans la chambre premièrement proposé,
La chambre n’est pas propre, un balcon qui ne sert à rien (même pas une chaise)
Nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir même une tasse mise à disposition sale mise sur notre bar de chambre
La salle de douche également (le gros pommeau est tellement sale que l’eau n’en sort plus)
Le point clé de l’hôtel (le plaquer or) n’est pas entretenu
Au vu du prix et du prestige que cette hôtel montre, nous avons été très déçu de cette hôtel

WC dơ, tách cafe hôm trước uống, nhưng phục vụ phòng không rửa mà lấy úp lại - để hôm sau vết đường còn bám trên tách. Ghế tại sảnh chờ quá dơ - quá cũ nhưng không thay đổi. Nước hủ tíu hơi mặn. Phòng cách âm dở, tiếng ồn vọng từ dưới đất lên to.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The team went above and beyond to make our experience special, and it truly showed in every detail.
They surprised my husband with a beautiful birthday setup, complete with a cake and a handwritten card. That gesture alone meant so much to us and made the trip even more memorable.
The room itself was incredible. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was both luxurious and comfortable. The bathtub had a stunning chrome finish, the toilet seat was heated and automatic, and the bed was unbelievably soft, the kind you just melt into after a long day.
Their buffet was extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. They even had Indian dishes, a full dessert section, an omelet station, and freshly prepared pho made by chefs on the spot. One of the most unique highlights was the golden steak served at breakfast.
The lobby itself was absolutely exquisite, setting the tone for the entire experience. The location is also a big plus, right in front of a beautiful lake and within walking distance to really good cafes. While it’s a bit farther from the Old Quarter, the trade-off is a quieter, more relaxing environment. There are cafes nearby that you can visit as well as a few restauramts that will surely satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings.
Overall, it’s amazing value for money. Comfortable, thoughtful, and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
The hotel is absolutely stunning. Best place is the room is the bathroom😍 golden bathtub golden toilet everything golden. Bed is huge and comfy. Room very spacious- if you are packing for your next flight thatss so good.
Maybe the location. It’s quite far from old quarter but grab is available anytime anywhere so why not get good rest.
