The attitude of your hotel restaurant manager was appalling! I'm a vegetarian (no sea food, meat or poultry), both restaurants refused to create a vegetarian dish, didnt give me any options or offered anything else. So we decided to see if there was anything available outside the hotel, and there was nothing for a vegetarian. We came back to the hotel and visited both the restaurants again and was refused by the restaurant manager, saying he couldn't offer me anything, I ended up with a plate of chips! Extremely poor service for a 5 Star, gold plated hotel.

Friendly welcome, even late at night for my late arrival. Simple, clean, spacious room. Quiet hotel. Comfy bed.
