Pequeno almoço muito variado e de excelente qualidade
Vista maravilhosa para o lago e para a cidade e tranquilidade apesar do trânsito na rua.
Cama confortável.

Cons:

Cabine de duche não estava devidamente limpa nem o chão do WC.
O terraço com piscina panorâmica merecia mais atenção. Pouco cuidado, cadeiras muito degradadas e pouco acolhedor. É apenas um terraço vazio sem qualquer elemento verde. Plantas poderiam ajudar a tornar um ambiente mais agradável e acolhedor..
Mobiliário do quarto a merecer alguma manutenção. Marcas de uso.

Pros:

- Zimmerkategorie war überbucht, haben aber kostenloses Upgrade auf die Gold Suite bekommen.
- Betten waren sauber und sehr bequem
- Toiletten mit Duschfunktion
- Konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch 10h in der Lobby lagern.
- Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.
- Concierge war super. Hat uns spontan ein 16 Sitze Bus besorgen können. Hat Tips zu Touren gegeben und Flughafen Shuttle organisiert.
- Wir hatten Probleme mit Vietnam Airlines und das Personal hat uns geholfen dort anzurufen.

Cons:

- Pool ist dreckig und unattraktiv
- Rooftop lädt nicht zum verweilen ein
- Zimmer sind nicht so sauber wie 5 Sterne es vermuten lassen. Es ist unter den Möbel sehr viel Dreck und Fliesen sind fleckig.
- Der Fake-Gold Luxus lockt viele Inder als Gäste an. Die benehmen sich wie Tiere. Fassen beim Frühstück alles mit den Händen an und legen es wieder zurück, drängeln sich vor und sind laut.
- Man benötigt immer ein Taxi. In direkter Nähe ist nichts spannendes.

Too far from the core of Hanoi, but a very good value and wonderful accommodations.

Really wonderful. Good room, great breakfast and wonderful gym.

It was fun to pretend that we're rich😂
Pros:

We decided to splurge and stayed at Dolce our last two nights in Hanoi. It was fun to stay at such a beautiful, elaborate, luxury hotel.
We enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool too. The water was a little cool in early March but the view is amazing!

All good!

Felt like royalty. Amazing gold hotel, helpful and friendly staff & amazing gold steak!
Pros:

I loved the interior decor, the gold mixed with the Christmas decorations made the entire hotel feel magical. It also had a lovely smell.
I had a lovely chat with the hotel or restaurant manager, I forgot her name but she was very polite and gave me lots of tips. The chef who brought out my steak was also fantastic and the food was amazing
