Felt like royalty. Amazing gold hotel, helpful and friendly staff & amazing gold steak!
Pros:

I loved the interior decor, the gold mixed with the Christmas decorations made the entire hotel feel magical. It also had a lovely smell.
I had a lovely chat with the hotel or restaurant manager, I forgot her name but she was very polite and gave me lots of tips. The chef who brought out my steak was also fantastic and the food was amazing

For solo traveller who wants to know about Hanoi old town, this place is located a bit far away from the central so it would cost you 2-4 dollars of taxi one way to Hoan Kiem lake.

Pros:

Bed was amazing: very comfy mattress and pillows.
Breakfasts were rich and tasty
Massage in the hotel was good - clean spa center and professional staff

Super nett für kurzen Aufenthalt oder Business Trip aber nicht für Urlaub.
Pros:

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort aber auf Grund der Lage würde ich es wohl nicht mehr buchen. Personal war sehr nett wenn gleich mehr an anderen Gästen interessiert als an mir, die vermutlich reicher aussahen 😅 ich hatte 4 Betten und 2 Toiletten als Einzelperson mit 4 Zimmer. Das ist echt krass.

Cons:

Die Lage: Der See trügt. Die Hauptstraße verpestet die Luft extrem, es ist laut und es gibt keinen Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.
