Cons:

No me convenció el método para hacer el check in, es a través de una maquina, cuando llegamos no había nadie dentro para atender dudas. Las habitaciones están poco insonorizadas, ya que se escucha todo lo del pasillo.

Se rompió la calefacción y aunque nos devolvieron el dinero, no avisaron a los clientes de la situación, pues ya no funcionaba desde la tarde. Era febrero y por la noche hubo temperaturas muy frías en Vitoria. Creo que deberían tener un servicio de emergencia para estos casos.
