wonderful stay, beyond my expectations
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and the bedding was pristine. Coffee and tea were provided and replenished daily—it had every amenity. The area is quiet, close to a bus stop and an 8–10 minute walk from the metro station. There is a Lidl nearby. The building itself has a vending machine for soft drinks, beer, and snacks, which is handy if you arrive late. The host is extremely polite, and it is possible to leave your luggage there even after checking out. I would stay there again. It is no more than 10–12 metro stops from the center of Munich—a convenient and quick journey.
