シャワー室がカビだらけで正直いって返金して欲しいと思うほどの精神的ダメージを喰らった。
今回私が得られた教訓は、安いホテルは相応の理由があるので値段だけ見て安易に選んではいけないということだ。
この付近に泊まりたい人は大人しくカプセルホテルに泊まることをおすすめする。

I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside.

蒲田の病院で早朝から検査があるため前泊しました。
民泊というのでしょうか　初めてでとまどいもありました。

Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quite clean and we found it worked well for us. It is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but there’s a train station a few min walk away so it’s still quite convenient. Checking in and out was also seamless.

Pros:

場所は駅近で　ホテルから出れば食事や必要なものなど　なんでも買い揃えることができます。個室内は　綺麗で、寝泊りする目的なら満足です。ただ　トイレやシャワーなど共用利用なので　ある程度は仕方がないのかもしれませんが　やや汚れが気になりました。
