Terrible they barely responded when we needed them to.
Pros:

Nothing. It is a scam. We tried to stay here and our code did not work to get into the room. They later gave us a different code (it was two days latter) but we’d had to source alternate accommodation.

Cons:

They had very bad service and didn’t not help.

No frills, small studio apartment in great location.
Pros:

The location was great - quiet street just 2 blocks from the famous Shibuya Crossing.

Cons:

Space was tiny, and I was expecting a hotel, not an apartment type residence. Rules posted on signs in room read only 1 person per bed, but I reserved a room for 3 people, and one of the beds was a small double bed, so we ignored the sign.

Great location! Perfect for a family of four
Pros:

Very central, clean and comfortable beds

Cons:

Weak wifi. Hand soap in bathroom was near empty on our arrival. Check-in instructions were unnecessarily complicated. Lots of rules and threats of fines. A/C in bedroom rattled at night.

バスタブはお風呂のように使用できません。
問い合わせた所「バスタブ=お風呂」は客の想像だそうです。その後電話もメッセージも対応を拒否されました。
入室までに入力項目が多く、某サウナ事故を思わせる。緊急時の対応は期待できません。
アメニティはタオル程度で宿泊客へのペナルティの張り紙が多く宿泊者へのサービス精神はありません。

Pros:

good size for a family of four. that is the max people for this property as there are only 4 beds.

Cons:

lots of rules and fines if make noise or break one of the rules. towel fixtures are really not usable since the metal bars are barely held in place by plastic screw extenders. the fixtures are not bolted to wooden studs.

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious we are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Had everything we needed. It was winter when we stayed but the apartment was warm with the air-conditioning.

Good stopover stay in Shibuya
Pros:

Though it’s an unmanned property, there’s a small room to store luggages before our check-in time and after our checkout so that was very helpful. We were lucky there was just enough space to store ours. Another group who came after us didn’t have room for theirs as there were already other luggages there before ours.
The bathroom is very spacious with a toilet with warm seat & bidet, washing machine and shower room with bathtub.
The room itself is ok with a double bed and single bed and 4 armchairs and centre table so there’s not much floor space to open more than one luggage at a time.

Cons:

The location itself is good as there are many places to eat nearby but it’s a bit of a walk from Shibuya station to get here especially with big luggage, and having to go through Shibuya crossing too. With the human traffic, it’ll take more than the 9 mins down in Google map directions.

The cleaner will come promptly at checkout time to clean out the unit so you have to leave this property promptly.

値段の割には設備清潔感が残念…。

目的地から近かった

Cons:

お風呂の桶やバスタブへのお湯はり機能が無い
洗濯機の横や洗面所・お風呂の網戸や換気扇が埃だらけなのが残念でした。
