Pros:

Location of the hotel.

Kitchenette in the room.

Comfortable bed and pillows - the best in any hotel I have stayed in, in Australia.

Close to Woolworths Metro if you forgot anything such as toothpaste.

Has the best Watermelon Mojito in the restaurant.

Close to other restaurants.

Close to a shopping mall - if that is your thing.

Cons:

The shower screen is not big enough, even if you tilt the shower head.

Cannot swing the tv to watch it, in bed.

These are a minor issues though that did not affect the stay.

Great room and service generally but one staff member was a bit rude
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, the parking was easy, gluten free options at breakfast.

Cons:

I was checking in later in the evening and the staff member kept me waiting for a few minutes outside until she decided I could check in.

Great comfy place to sleep
Pros:

Fantastic rooms spacious enough to relax in and not just sleep. Comfy bed with multiple pillow options for the picky like myself. Bathroom and also great size and layout.
Modern tv with the ability to chromecast from your own device no extra software needed. Didn’t hear anything outside the room which was great.

Undercover parking on level 4 for $15 / day with multiple entries is great.

Cons:

Yes the breakfast is a buffet but it’s petty limited and the few staff attending are rushed off their feet. It’s not bad it’s just basic.

I loved the lay out of the room, it have some very cool and modern lighting features.

Lovely place to stay close to where I wanted to be.

I couldn’t get a queen room. I had to book a room with 2 queen beds instead.

Pros:

Loved the easy access to the club for dinner no need to drive and also access to grocery store

Cons:

We had friends staying on different floors and we couldn’t move between floors as the keycard only accessed the floor you were on. Also parking at reception was hit and miss.

Comfortable but not clean
Pros:

The location & the fact it had a club attached

Cons:

The cleanliness, I had no body wash & the shampoo & conditioner was at a minimum. The facility wasn’t clean as I had to pull out someone else’s hair from the shower, windows were dirty & the vacuuming Hadn’t been done upon entry
