Clean, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, minuscule rooms.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. The food is fresh and vibrant and there is an espresso machine. Very conveniently located as well. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, of course. :) Great location too!

Cons:

The rooms are small, and I mean small. We were there for 5 days. This would not have worked if we did not get along so well. Everything is very functional and ingeniously designed to make the tiny space work, but be prepared!

朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの時間を伝える必要性があるなら、時期的にせめて室内エアコンと冷蔵庫の電源を入れておいて欲しい。

Pros:

Best location in Fukuoka if you want to go out at night to the bars in Daimyo. Super convenient - there are 2 supermarkets nearby and Sunny is open 24/7.

Cons:

The only thing for me personally is the pillows were a bit hard. but that's cos I like soft pillows.

很舒適又方便的一間旅店，員工對待客人熱誠，能提早13:00 Check-in及13:00 Check-out。
雖然房間不大；但有效利用每一分空間(包含：房內掛勾很多，床鋪下能置放行李箱...等)。
離赤坂站6號出口(有電梯的出入口)步行約5分鐘，離天神購物區(天神西通)步行也大約10分鐘內路程

Cons:

飯店旁停車位標示有些不明顯，路過踢到車擋差點跌倒

Cons:

狭くて狭くて、なのに高い！
半分の値段なら納得するかも？
駅からも遠くて不便でした。
周囲に飲食店が多く、夜、道端にしゃがみ込んで飲酒喫煙している海外からの観光客？それとも日本に住んでいる方々？がたくさんいました。
