Hotel Lexen - Newhall

This Hotel really works hard at getting it right. Free parking, nicely renovated, terrific towels, bed and pillows; very clean, nice staff, rooftop bar and daily breakfast. The local train wasn’t an issue at all! Actually kind of a cool small town touch. Close to all the shops and the great restaurants, various theaters and any necessities. Great walking hotel. My only complaint: needs more light in the rooms. Overhead ceiling fan for example would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, nicely done y’all! Thanks for the great stay.

Hotel is nicely laid out, thoughtfully designed, easy to get assistance at the front desk or from the room phone. Design touches throughout and in the room were intentional and appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. Rooms had sensible accommodation, a safe and a microwave and mini fridge (all matching!) Continental breakfast was surprisingly well stocked and delicious.

Love the little old town of Newhall and everything is walking distance. Breweries, great BBQ, amazing breakfast restaurants and shops, plus the room at Lexan was amazing. Great service.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel is cute and very clean. The desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. We will stay again if we return to the area.

Unexpectedly high end for a mid level price! Western decor, thoughtfully decorated rooms and spa like bathroom was absolutely incredible! Great staff and super clean!

We were staying overnight for a wedding nearby and this hotel was recommended. Check in was easy and the double bedroom with separate sitting room was spacious and comfortable. There were very nice amenities such as good toiletries, robe and slippers, lots of towels. There were very only downside was that the beds were full size rather than Queen.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my friend's 40th birthday last Saturday, October 11th. The hotel itself is cute and very unique. It's very convenient for me since the venue is at The Dome it's only 12 mins away that's why I booked it. The check in process is very smooth, just went in and the front desk checked me in right away. The only problem I say is the parking. If you got to the hotel after being out late and try to park at their parking, you won't be able to find a spot and you will have to park on the streets. Luckily, we check out on Sunday so the 2hr parking limit on the street doesn't apply to us.
If anything, I will just say, they need to rent a parking spot behind or something for hotel guest to park after late hours.

the hotel is a cute hotel, but that being said I was surprised by the loud trains across the street. Double beds are too small and the mattress moves on the platform. The floors were all bubbled up popped when you walked on it. The parking structure had pigeon poop everywhere!!! Are car was covered with poop when left! They could pressure washer in there!

We went for a wedding and we stayed at this hotel.It was clean, nice place to relax, and walkable distance from places. The staff was very friendly and kind!

The room was really nice with all modern touches and was really up to date with the USB-C port really liked the setup…..then the train came by at almost midnight REALLY LOUD honking its horn twice as it passed and you can kinda feel the shaking from the trian but that was the only down fall about this place the juice water station was a nice touch also.

Staff were very friendly- gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant we could walk to. Hotel is in a great location right near the Main Street that is all lit up at night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Note for light sleepers- the hotel doesn’t have much sound proofing and there is a train that goes by throughout the night. They provide ear plugs and I used a sound machine on my phone.

The hotel was great but its right next to the train tracks with heavy rail and also next to a busy street so lots of car engine noise. The windows don't seem to be able to handle the noise.

Such a cute hotel! Cute decor/themed rooms. Rooms are clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and the surrounding area is nice. They offer onsite parking that is well lit. Totally worth the price! Will stay again when in town.

Hotel is quiet

Had a great stay. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Food options in the area were good and all seemed close enough. Less than 15 minutes to Six Flags without any traffic. Included breakfast wasnt bad, just very limited options, mostly carb loaded. Free coffee and juice 24hours a day. Bar was on a nice quiet patio area and plenty of options.
Overall a wonderful stay and we would return. Thank you Hotel Lexen.
