Pros:

家族4人での利用でしたが客室は1部屋でもよかったかもと思えるぐらい広い部屋でした。
洗濯機や乾燥機、食洗機まで付いていて設備は申し分なし。
難点はこのホテル周辺には自販機はなく、温泉まで行かないと無いです。
リゾート内は繋がってますがレストランやショッピングがある場所まではかなり歩きます。
遊園地となると徒歩10分くらいかも？
初めてルスツリゾートに来ましたが、こちらの施設はウインターシーズン向けかなと思いました。
夕食も部屋で料理しない人はレストランのビュッフェか1番奥の居酒屋くらい、もしくはモノレールで10分くらいのウェスティンしかなく選択肢は少ないです。

新しく綺麗で部屋もゆったりしており過ごしやすかった。スタッフは外国人であったが質問に対して親切な対応であった。ただ、日本語ではないスタッフの私語があり内容が客とのやり取りについて言及するもので不快。
忘れ物をしてしまい紛失した場所も記憶にあった為、詳細含めて問い合わせの電話をした所、「すみませんが、ありません」の一言であり国内外の対応の違いを感じた。あまり人種による違いを指摘したくないが、日本人の施設であれば忘れ物があった時点で連絡が来るし、着払いで郵送もしてくれるのでオーナーが日本人以外でスタッフも外国人だとサービスが行き届かないのだなぁと残念な気持ちになった。ルスツやニセコはもはや海外のようなものであるので忘れ物をした方が悪いのかもしれない。宿泊される方は気をつけて頂きたいです。

Excellent hotel, but connected to monstrous resort
Pros:

This place is fantastic - new, large rooms, extra features like washer and dryer and dishwasher. Only problem: The monstrous old resort next door made for mass tourism and endless tour buses hauling in thousands of guests. The two properties are connected but couldn’t be more different. They don’t fit to each other at all.

The “town” itself has two convenience stores, that’s it. But the actual hotel itself is very, very nice. No restaurants in the hotel though, only next door at the resort (mass food).

Amazing rooms. No issues with cleanliness. Had a dishwasher and laundry machine. Hotel staff even had a driving service to drive us to nearby stores/restaurants. I would come here again even if I didn't ski.

Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. Property was extremely clean. I really enjoyed the privacy of each unit and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this property as it is true luxury!!
