Pros:

Lovely hotel. Love that it was located right near a train station and that a 7-Eleven was attached to it. There are plenty of things to do in the area, but if you wanted to go into the city (Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc), it’s a quick train ride. The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice. The rooms are small, but that didn’t bother me. It was nice and cozy and perfect for just me.

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was right outside the North exit of Omori station and only 2 stops from Shinagawa station. The room was clean and so was the small lobby. It was also adjacent to 7/11 and Lawson across the street. Restaurants were also along the road

Cons:

The bed was hard, soft pillows and the room quite small. I feel like me paying 16000 for that small room could have been a little less for 2 people. While breakfast was provided it was by the cafe across the street and quite basic. You choose a sandwich and cake and a drink and that was it.

不便なく過ごすことができました

立地がいい

Cons:

入った部屋の匂いが少し気になりました
トイレと部屋の段差がありすぎる。注意書きもない。
トイレの洗面の蛇口の切り替えレバーの操作がわかりにくい

I loved staying at this hotel. Perfect staff,location,hot tub and very comfortable bed.

Stay with modern comfort.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located, across the street from the Omori Train Station, and the fact there was access to 7/11 from the foyer made it easy to grab breakfasts and snacks.
There was an ATM and cash exchange machine in the lobby, along with battery backup packs for rent. The room we had was well laid out, with enough space to store luggage under the bed. We received clean towels daily and garbage was collected if we put the bin in the hallway. There were also men’s and women’s hot baths at this location and instructions on how to dress with the yokota were easily accessible. They also provided English language TV, BBC, which was nice before retiring for bed.
