Da localização, do fato de ser muito perto de uma estação de trem de onde vc pode ir pra todo lugar.
Das combines estarem tão próximas, pelo menos 3.

Cons:

O quarto é tão pequeno que embora já esperávamos que fosse, era complicado pra duas pessoas.
O pior foi o travesseiro que era muito desconfortável e duro. Tive dificuldade de dormir com ele...

Great stay, would definitely recommend
Pros:

The hotel room was very cosy, comfortable and easy to move around. The yukata and onsen facilities were especially amazing

Cons:

The pillows where a little hard to sleep with so maybe some softer would be preferrable

If you need separate ac just ask the first day
Pros:

Good value and close to many places with JR Keihin Tohoku line

Cons:

Keihin Tohoku Line is the most crowded line and the hotel used central AC. This make quite hot in my first day because it used Heater mode (even turning off AC makes the air hot and very stuffy so I asked portable cooling unit but the next day the central AC used cool mode

施設の設備は申し分無かったです。

Cons:

ブッキングコムで子供の年齢を９歳と入力していたのに1歳になってて現地で添い寝は未就学児までとの事でシングルを１部屋追加するように言われ追加で３万円支払いました。前回松山でも同様な事があり、その際は事前に気づいてホテルに連絡しました。ブッキングコムのシステムの改善を要望します。

Advertised AC blew hot air in a 26°C room with sealed windows, making sleep impossible and forcing m
Cons:

The AC is a lie. It blew hot air all night and the room reached 26°C. I had to flee the room in the middle of the night because it was so hot I couldn't breathe. Windows don't open. Hotel staff didn't care and offered no real solution. I am disgusted by the lack of service and the misrepresentation of amenities on the listing.
