Rude and unfriendly staff.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. This hotel seems to prefer serving a younger business type guest.
Because we did not include the breakfast in our stay, we were”prevented” from serving ourself a cup of coffee in the lobby! Instead we were handed a packet for our room.

Preislich zu dem Zeitpunkt ok, aber für das Geld bekommt man normal sehr viel mehr.

Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer, AC ging nicht, hellhörig. Badezimmer mit sehr hoher Stufe zum Zimmer und auch sehr klein

Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. My husband forgot his IC card, and a front desk employee chased us to the crosswalk outside to return it. The location was superb, right across from the metro station.

Cons:

Be prepared for small rooms, it's usual in Tokyo.

安くて清潔、狭い。しかし親切
Pros:

お手頃価格で清潔でした。観光のため娘の荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、「チェックアウトの後、しかも22時まで」という迷惑めのお願いにも関わらず、
「日付またがなければ大丈夫です」
と、嫌な顔ひとつせず預かっていただけて、とても助かりました。

Cons:

ツインを依頼していたのですが、確かにベッドはシングル2つなんですけれども、その2つはくっついていて、もしかしたら寝具の交換で、「ダブル」としても運用しているのかな、と想像するほどでした。
イメージとしては少し離れていて、小さなランプテーブルでも挟んでいるのかな、と、ステレオタイプなツインを想像していたため、少し希望とはズレていました。
絶賛思春期の娘との宿泊だったため、ダブルを避けたくてツインを予約したのですが、狙いとはやや違う宿泊になってしまった感は否めません。
ただ、これは部屋の広さや条件をよく読み込み、自分で気づくべきことだったのかもしれません。
