Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean room, and complete amenities despite the small size.
Pros:

Location was very convenient, very close to Metro station and not so far from city's center. There are konbinis nearby, which is very helpful.

Cons:

The room is as expected, quite small. Yet, it's Tokyo, so somehow understandable.

This was my worst hotel experience ever and i won't recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location was good and staff were kind, there is literally nothing special or good about this place.

Cons:

There was not enough space for 2 person! 2 Person can't stand inside the room at the same time. I know the room was compact room but it's not suitable for 2 it should be suitable for 2 person if you are renting the room for 2! Beds were really, really uncomfortable, especially the pillows, there were plastic little balls inside the pillow, it was very disturbing. Unfortunately, I couldn't have enough sleep on my stay here. This was my worst hotel experience I've ever had.
