Pros:

We are really enjoying our stay at The Gems Mining Pool.

From the moment we arrived, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, which really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The resort has a unique and relaxing atmosphere that makes it feel like a real getaway from the city.

The kids have especially loved the gem hunting activities — it’s fun, interactive, and something different from the usual hotel entertainment. It kept them excited and engaged throughout the stay.

Our pool-access villa has been superb. It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with direct access to the pool which makes it so convenient for both adults and kids to enjoy anytime of the day. It really adds a special touch to the whole experience.

Overall, it has been a memorable family trip with a great mix of relaxation, fun activities, and great hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for something enjoyable and a little different.

Good but a bit inconvenient for a short stay. More suitable for staycation

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Good parking

Cons:

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the weekend crowd. Also getting the luggage in and out of the room during check in and check out was a bit of a hassle and had to take them down the stairs myself. Awareness of dietary restrictions also was a bit poor

Staff น่ารักทุกคน ยิ้มแย้ม มีใจบริการ อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ชอบที่สุดคือมีที่คั้นน้ำผักและผลไม้ให้ด้วย ห้องพักดีมากๆ ถ้าไม่นับเรื่องปัญหาในห้องน้ำ และเรื่องยุง

ห้องน้ำในห้องนอนใหญ่ น้ำระบายไม่ดี เพราะพื้นเป็นแอ่ง และมีกลิ่นน้ำเน่าจากบ่อน้ำด้านหลังตีขึ้นมา

มียุงหลายตัว แม้ในห้องจะมีที่ไล่ยุงแบบเสียบปลั๊ก แต่ห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ จึงน่าจะไม่ทั่วถึง อยากให้มีแบบสเปรย์ฉีดพกพาเพิ่มไว้ในห้องให้ด้วย น่าจะช่วยได้มากขึ้นค่ะ
