Fantastic!
Pros:

We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor overlooking the pool (no balcony). The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and dressing room were spacious with toiletries provided.
The pool area is perfect for young children. There are water slides and a couple of paddle boards and a bar/restaurant for refreshments.
I had dinner at The Deck one evening and it was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet on the Friday morning, a little busier on the Saturday morning, full on the Sunday morning. Our children loved the golf buggies to get us to and from the lobby to the rooms.

מלון מדהים אחד היפים שהיינו, חבל שהיינו רק 6 ימים
Pros:

מלון גדול ויפיפה , דירה ענקית עם מטבח ו2 חדרי שינה עם בריכה פרטית. הכל נקי ומצוחצח.
אחד הדברים שאהבנו, זה שלמרות שהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה (ראינו לפי העומס בחדר אוכל) אבל אתה לא מרגיש את העומס בשום מקום כי המלון ענק. הרגשנו בנופש כמעט פרטי לגמרי בכל המקומות.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונות. ספא מעולה ובריכה ענקית. המלון מתוחזק בצורה יוצאת דופן ויש המון פעילויות שניתן לבצע בו.

Cons:

המלון ממוקם רחוק מהמרכז ( כרבע שעה נסיעה) ואין יותר מידי מה לעשות באזור שלו למי שזה מפריע, אנחנו לקחנו את זה בחשבון מראש. השתמשנו בשרותי ההסעות בחינם למרכז העיר שהמלון מספק ובולט שעלה בין 150 ל-200 באט.
כמו כן בגלל שהמלון ענק ומחולק ל-2 אזורים נדרשת קצת הליכה בשביל להגיע ממקום למקום או להשתמש בהסעות רכבי הגולף.

Worth the money, worth the hype!

Everything! Superb hospitality. The reviews didn’t lie when they say you are treated like royalty here. And it’s like a photo that have come to life - it’s so beautiful and seems so unreal.
We’ve enjoyed every bit of it, we came here during Songkran so there were some special events and activities within the property.
We enjoyed from our Emerald pool villa which I have requested something special for my partner’s birthday and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! There was a birthday cake and complimentary macarons too! the complimentary Onsen + signature massage from the spa was … wow. Amazing. Will definitely come back here with our son. Thank you again for making it so memorable for us ❤️

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

The highlight for me was the service — truly outstanding and on a level you rarely come across. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a genuine smile and a great attitude. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of at every moment.

The hotel itself is maintained to an extremely high standard. Everything is spotless, well-organized, and beautifully designed. You can really see the attention to detail in every corner, from the lobby to the facilities and public areas.

The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, diverse, and of very high quality. Every meal felt like a treat, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

And the rooms… simply exceptional. Spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and everything in the room felt luxurious and thoughtfully arranged.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable stay.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – insbesondere die Zimmerkategorie Pool Villa.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Service war durchweg hervorragend: aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und bestens umsorgt.

Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie herzallerliebst alle Angestellten durch die Bank zu unserem kleinen Sohn waren. Man spürt sofort, dass Thailand ein sehr kinderfreundliches Land ist – unser Kind war überall willkommen und wurde liebevoll behandelt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat.

Das Essen war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Zudem war das gesamte Hotel außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt, was den Wohlfühlfaktor noch einmal deutlich erhöht hat.

Unsere Pool Villa war ein absolutes Highlight – privat, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns während der gesamten zwei Wochen richtig wohlgefühlt und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel. Wer sich etwas Besonderes gönnen möchte, dem können wir die Pool Villa wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut ratternd, damit wird man aber wohl leben müssen.
