Pros:

The staff is great especially Katrina and Angie they have beautiful personalities are very helpful and friendly It is easy to talk to them. the area is great everything is walking distance I would stay there again especially if Katrina and Angie are there

Cons:

I didn't like the roaches and how strict they are you can't even stand in front of your own door or stand in the parking lot I understand the safety of the other guest

If you value your sanity in your life and your package delivery… run run far away
Pros:

I do not like anything about the property. It was disgusting, but I had no choice.

Cons:

Completely outdated the burners didn’t work. The water pressure is unbelievable. I had bugs so many bugs I had to hire cleaning lady to come in once a week and I had to buy two zappers just to try to control the bugs.. packages that were being delivered to reception or signed by a guy named “Paul “and I never seen my packages so somebody stole them .the staff with the exception of Sam were rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe I stayed as long as I did.

Cons:

Multiple trash cans should be placed throughout the floors. The big trash dumpsters were too far a walk for people with disabillities.

Absolutely nothing you can hear people through the walls there was foot traffic outside the room all night long cars in and out drug deals taking place it was a bad Hotel

Pros:

Florida weather is always hot and nice to me, the room was very disgusting. Went down to the lobby to express what my issues were and was told they will send someone up. All they did was come into the room and pick up paint supplies that was in the pantry. We had no dust/door stop on the bottom, we had sand, grass and bugs come in the room because there wasn’t a stop. I asked for a towel to cover it up and i got a lecture that they don’t give extra towel or linen. The dresser had molded wood, the hood over the kitchenette was disgusting. Cigarette burns all on the bathroom sink. The lamp had ashes all over it. There was spider webs and bugs under the beds. Also the chairs was nasty, table wouldn’t come clean.
