Cons:

House keeping service every other day so our room garbage cans were full- stayed for two nights; also now charging for parking fee- which should be free in states of Texas; front desk staff not very polite and customer friendly

So happy with my stay!
Pros:

It's located so close to really good restaurants and stores. It's super clean and the staff is awesome. My daughter lives less than a mile from here so I will absolutely be coming back to stay again!

Great location, great property, will stay again…
Pros:

Property is located right next to Keller Town Square—a great spot! Plenty of food options and very safe area.

Cons:

The price is a bit higher than other Hampton Inns.

Great room , location but staff could use some training ESPECIALLY th front desk ! Wished I would have been a big boss

The location , room and price was great.

Cons:

My check in was me walking up to the counter - someone walking out from the back - no hello , no welcome , just blank stare and I finally said “ MY NAME- I have a reservation!” He found my name handed me my keys .Told me internet was written behind key. I asked where was the best place to reach my room. 🤷‍♀️Breakfast ends at 10. 9:40 am all hot food gone !

Definitely Will stay again
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and we had a great view of Bear Creek Park.
The bed was very comfortable.
The room was quiet - couldn’t hear noise of other guests.

Cons:

There could have been a “rack”’to put a suitcase on. We used the 2nd bed.
