Worked out perfect.
Pros:

Proximity the rail was fantastic. Proximity to amenities was perfect. Food, supermarket, pharmacy, barber. Almost every convenience you could ask for is right there.
Amazing value for money with everything going for it. When I booked the place I didn't realise how good it was going to be. This is not a 5 star accommodation, but it is extremely clean, well serviced, well located and staff are wonderful. I will use the same accommodation when I return to Japan.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to not like. Just be mindful that they use a system where you hand your key to reception when you go out. This might be common around the world but it was actually a first for me. Not a dislike, just a little different to what I'm used to.
The only potential negative is that there are areas in the rooms which are a bit dated and tired, painting which needs a touch up etc. But this is only aesthetic, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean.

Pros:

ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応が丁寧で分かりやすかった点や、テレビでYou tubeなどが楽しめた点です。また、朝食はございませんが、近くにコンビニや飲食店があるため不自由はなかったです。

Cons:

ベッドが固くて寝心地が悪く、夜に1時間に1度のペースで起きました。また、2日経った今も少し背中が痛い気がします。でも少ししか痛みはないので、ベッドが固くても平気な人には問題ないかもしれません。

スタッフの皆さんがとても笑顔で丁寧だった。清掃がいきとどいていた。徒歩圏内に飲食店がたくさんあった。お値段のわりにはお部屋が広い。

部屋開けたときにアメニティが歯ブラシせっとしかなかった。フロントにボディスポンジやカミソリあったけど分かりにくかった。

Will stay again
Pros:

Very polite staff. Comfortable room.
Very close to the train station.
Eateries and supermarket close by.
