If you have time and well traveled to countries which uses excellent train transportation this is the place for you ( I
Pros:

Clean , affordable and most importantly the location only 3 mins away from Minami-Urawa station, very polite and ready to help staffs esp front desk

Cons:

Not spaceous but I expected it it’s Japan and it’s tolerable

Pros:

My trip to Japan this time was a wonderful experience! The location is very convenient for getting around. The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service, and the room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries are available on the 1st floor to pick up as needed. There are also self-service laundry facilities, though you'll need to bring coins. The bed size was spacious enough for a solo traveler, making it overall great value for money.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that the hotel is near the train tracks, so you might hear train sounds in the early morning. I brought earplugs in advance, so it wasn't an issue for me, but I'd suggest future travelers keep this in mind!
