It exceeded my expectations and would have extended my stay - Lovely
Pros:

Staff and accommodation were wonderful. Clean, sleek and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit cold and flavors weren't the best. It was passable.

Clean, well maintained property and friendly service!
Pros:

Great service! I had reserved multiple rooms and Kathy was very patient checking us in. She was also in tune to guests’ needs. She noticed we were trying to find the switch on the patio for the fire pit, and rather waiting for us to go in and ask, she came out and showed us where to find it. On other days, we were greeted by front desk staff every time we returned “welcome back” and checkout was smooth. Denise kept the guest areas cleaned and was very friendly towards guests whenever her cleaning was interrupted. Well maintained property and parking was very convenient and free.

La chambre avec kitchenette pratique pour le séjour que nous avons eu dans une circonstance de deuil auquel nous etions venus assister.

Cons:

La difference en excès du prix que nous avons payé par rapport avec ce que nous avions convenu avec Booking.com: prix de la chambre à 174 dollars au lieu de 157 dollars annoncé, taxe largement sous-évaluées par Booking.com au total 2664 dollars payés contre 2172 dollars. Ceci est INACCEPTABLE si même on ne se réfère qu'au prix de la chambre; incompétence ? ou malhonnêteté ?

I would stay again
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Breakfast had a wide variety. And they send text shortly after arrival and the day before departure to make sure everything is ok.

Cons:

There was a chemical smell in the room probably from cleaning. My partner didn't smell it, but I have a super sensitive sniffer.

If the WiFi and tv worked it would’ve been a GREAT stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.

Cons:

WiFi kept going out which was making the tv not work. It would cut on then cut off maybe every 2/3 mins the entire stay.

The air conditioning in the room is unsatisfactory, and the climate control in the room is inadequate.
It’s too noisy, and the airflow is bothersome because it blows directly onto the bed/person
