Een hotel accomodatie in een klein stadje met een bovengemiddelde kwaliteit en serviceniveau
Pros:

Het ontvangst bij de receptie van hotel was super klantvriendelijk. De geboekte gezinskamer was prima, ook het diner en ontbijt waren heel goed.

Cons:

niets viel tegen, de kwaliteit was ver boven gemiddeld !!

Goed Hotel met goed ontbijt
Pros:

Super doorreis locatie naar Oostenrijk, met hele goede bedden en ontbijtservice dicht aan de autobaan.

Cons:

Ik had 2x 1-persoonskamer geboekt waarop beide een issue was m.b.t. ontbreken van warm water in de douche. Deze ochtends gemeld bij de bedrijfsleider maar werd heel makkelijk afgewimpeld met een wijzende vinger naar de onderhoudsman en het kamermeisje. Totaal niet denkend in oplossend vermogen om de klant tegemoet te komen.
Gelukkig na heftig discussiëren eruit gekomen.
