Gutes Zimmer. Manches Personal war nett.

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer stank nach Rauch. Im zweiten Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht. Obwohl keine Reinigung geplant und gewünscht war, stand die Reinigung im Zimmer. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren mit der Hotelsoftware völlig überfordert. Es dauerte zwei Tage bis ich eine Rechnung hatte und es wurde erst falsch abgebucht. Auf jedem Parkplatz für Behinderte standen jeden Tag Autos ohne Kennzeichnung und es hat niemanden interessiert. Einen Gast habe ich drauf angesprochen und er sagte, dass sei normal hier. Die Stimmung im Team war sichtlich und hörbar gestresst. Es waren einfach viele kleine Dinge, die das Gesamte echt anstrengend gemacht haben.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines aber sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Parken in der Tiefgarage möglich. Sehr freundliche Bedienung Abends an der Bar. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Restaurant leider wegen Personalmangel geschlossen.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer met Dove doucheproducten. Fijne douche.

Cons:

Ontbijt was heel matig en niet vers. Amper fruit, geen vers brood en al helemaal geen volkoren producten. Koffie en thee niet lekker. Grote tv schermen en gast op zijn telefoon geven geen rustige ochtend opstart.
