Great parking, no allocated spot so could park anywhere
Bathroom - no handrail for accessing the bath/shower.
Cleanliness - needs a deep clean. The hard flooring was disgustingly, had to wear shoes as ruined socks on the first day!
Lack of welcome pack/letter
Lack of amenities - was advised it was a pod coffee machine, was a drip with terrible coffee
2 dishwasher tablets!

Bed sheets did not fit the great mattress, meant remaking the bed totally every day
Not advised coffee available in the lobby, found by accident on the last day.
Generally underwhelmed, felt at least 10 years old and in need of some tlc.
Awesome location and an easy walk to many Austin attractions and neighbourhoods. Free parking was a bonus as was the fitness centre and pool.
The sofa bed was not the most comfortable experience. But it was the only negative in an otherwise awesome and well appointed apartment
Location - within walking distance to S Congress. 6th Street nightlife. Bridge bat viewing. View - lake and city view. Private, small balcony with chairs. Quiet. Spacious. Clean. Secure parking garage, included. Didn't need to pay extra for valet. My second stay... 1 bd couple. The first stay was 3 bd with friends. In-suite laundry is a huge bonus. Booked the same day, which was a nice surprise since pre-trip check there was zero avaialble. Will always stay here when in Austin over any hotel.
Access to bldg is a little confusing the first time, but once you figure it out (read arrival directions better, we were travel-tired), super easy and convenient.

The registration process was complicated to the point of wishing I hadn't booked the room.
The location the apartment was very clean and had everything in it that you needed and reception were very helpful x
Nothing not to like x
My only complaint was how noisy it is on the side of the building near the bar, and busy intersection. Also, the buildings nearby have bright lights on all night.
When I checked in (it was 1:30 am) the front desk person INSISTED I leave my ID with them as a collateral for the room key. And I only needed the key because the code-lock was malfunctioning and they couldn’t fix it in time. Next day they couldn’t find my ID right away. It wasn’t securely stored. It’s a shame really as everything else was quite ok. But this experience made me feel like an illegal alien foreign prostitute whose I’d was taken away by the pimp to prevent her from fleeing.

The apartment was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms. Bathrooms were decent and well stocked with towels etc. The kitchen seemed good with plenty of plates, utensils etc, but we didn’t do any cooking. The WiFi was also very good. The location is brilliant and within walking distance of most places, which helps after a few beers.
The overall comfortability of the property was perfect! 15 minute walk away from downtown. It was a beautiful walk over the river.
The lighting. Certain switches weren’t operating properly and it made the room quite dim.

It was very difficult to access our room and the building as there were very little instructions on how to get into the building late at night. Additionally the key pad on the door to room 907 doesn’t work at all. It’s hit and miss whether or not the code actually works which is very frustrating.
