SpringHill Suites by Marriott Spokane Airport

Very convenient for early morning flight. Grab and go breakfast was great for us.
Just wish it was not so expensive for short night stay.

Such a convenient place to stay for an early flight, always excellent. Had a few drinks and appetizers in the evening and bartender/server was just awesome. Front desk gal was so nice and helped me out with a few items I forgot to pack. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was one of the LEAST comfortable I have slept on. Hurt my back so bad I couldn’t golf the next day. The thermostat wouldn’t stay at the temp I set and 4 times during the night I had to get up and adjust. The door to the bathroom is right at the foot of the bed and is a sliding frosted door so all light comes through and wakes the other person up. Horrible design !! Front desk was awesome when we checked in. I booked a king, have my receipt from
Expedia but was booked into a double queen room. Thank goodness the hotel had a king bed available. Not a good stay whatsoever. Very disappointed

We checked in and went to dinner onsite- when I went yo my room to shower- no hot water- waited and hour - still no hot water. When I contacted the front desk to I wuire- they told me the had people working on it for TWO days - they knew we would not have water at the time of check in and withheld the I formation. When I realized I had eaten in a restaurant that had no hot water in days- I was SICK. I would think the local health department would require them to cease operations until they resolve the issue. Cold showers are the only option. This is Unacceptable.

Hot water in bathroom did not work. Also, shower head and handle were on the wrong side of each other!

A great experience all around. Incredible management and incredible staff. Definately staying here again!

Love this hotel it is close to the airport and close to town. The grounds are clean as is the hotel. The only thing we found on our week long stay is that some evenings we had no hot water and others the water was perfect. The breakfast is good as usual but in the week we were there only once did they serve breakfast meat other than nasty sausages. The overall stay was amazing as usual beds are comfy rooms are spacious.

Excellent condition, 30 second walk to Spokane airport, professional, friendly staff. Best place to stay for flying in and out of Spokane.

Check-in staff was excellent. Was able to check in early with no issues. Room was comfortable. Great location to airport. Parking is keycard, so they assign you a special keycard to exit and re-enter parking area. Only issue we experience was trying to use keycard to exit on morning of check out. We think they deactivated it before we could leave parking lot. Another vehicle was having same issue. Finally got it to work when they realized their mistake (we assume).

Overall, great stay. Very clean. My only issue would be that the water was not hot enough. It was a lukewarm shower, at best. But, we were only there for one night so it was ok.

1. Elevators were down.
2. No hot water - this is apparently by design(?)
3. Need sits next to window. Very bright at airport (poor design).
4. Bed sits next to water chilled air handler- makes a lot of noise on/off all night.
5. Doors for four rooms all grouped together- noise from deadbolts heard all night.
6. No bathroom fan switch - turned on/off all night, loud.
7. People running around all night-maybe just a one-off thing.
8. Manager never followed up after I complained.

Terrible value. I almost slept in my car.

The only issue was the hot water took forever to turn warm/hot.
