Amazing. Definitely recommend. Would go back again and again
Pros:

We loved this place!! Beautiful hotel. Extremely nice and well accommodating staff. They upgraded us to the 11th floor. We left our luggage for a night to go on a boat trip and stayed again after the trip and we got upgraded again! It was my birthday and we got a lovely made up room, birthday note and cake!

Nothing it was awesome!

The best nights sleep, comfortable and relaxing hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Loved staying at D’Lecia Ha Long. Had the best nights sleep here beds were so comfy. Room was amazing and had great views. Shower was very refreshing and woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed from our stay here. Pool on the 4th floor was a bonus, you could order food and drinks to be brought up from the restaurant. We ate in the Chostick restaurant on the evening and the food was delicious! Breakfast selection was limited but also very tasty. Staff were really helpful, let us keep our bags at reception as we got to the hotel way before the check in time. Locked ourselves out of our room when leaving the key card in the electricity holder and staff swiftly contacted house keeping to let us back in, the came and sorted the issue within a few minutes. Wished we could have stay at this hotel in Ha Long a lot longer as it was so relaxing and a nice break from the bustling city in Hanoi.

Cons:

Slow service in the Chopstick restaurant in the evening however, this was due to a party of people who took up 3 long tables in the restaurant. Therefore, we ended up waiting an hour for our food. Waiting staff completely forgot some of our order due to being so rush off their feet. That being said once we spoke to the to say we’d be waiting and things were forgotten they quietly brought over the food. Pool was very cold but greta for cooling down in hot weather. The pool side could do with a few more sun loungers however it is quite a small space so not many people can use the sun loungers at once.

Heerlijk door nieuwe en ruime kamer.
Pros:

Prachtige kamer en veel restaurants op loop afstand. De haven van Ha Long is een korte rit met de taxi dus ook een ideale locatie. Super hotel als je een dag cruise in Ha Long Bay wil doen.

Cons:

Ontbijt viel wat tegen in westerse keuzes. Wel veel Vietnamese keuze.

Poor experience unfortunately
Pros:

The room was a great size

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff were very unhelpful. We were caught in a terrible storm on our way to the hotel and had to wait 4 nights in central Vietnam.

I was in touch with the hotel about this and they still charged us for the one night we missed.

In general the staff were not very friendly. And the breakfast was poor.

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed

Cons:

The location is far from the places most people want to go in Ha Long. The restaurant was not open for lunch & dinner. The breakfast was very basic and not many western options. The pool area was very basic and closed at 6pm for no reason. The worst was when we were checking out they had no credit card facilities. Wanted me to go outside in pouring rain to withdraw cash.
