“PÉSIMO SERVICIO “
Pros:

El alojamiento estaba en pésimas condiciones mal olor en todo el cuarto y todas las instalaciones estaban sucias basuras por todos lados .

Cons:

No me gustó el trato por parte de la recepcionista del lugar fue una mujer extremadamente grosera además de racista ya que me dio un pésimo trato por mi acento de latino y me tiró mis documentos cuando le indiqué que iría a buscar los 20 dólares en efectivo para el depósito ya que no los tenía en ese momento la verdad la experiencia fue pésima y considero que este tipo de personas no deberían de trabajar al público o servicio al cliente pésimo servicio el que ofrece esa mujer .

Pros:

To be honest, there was nothing we liked about the hotel except from our early departure. We arrived at 8pm and were greeted by a disgruntled manager. We provided everything he asked for in relation to our stay.

Cons:

We were due to stay from the 2 - 5 March 2026. However, due to an extremely smelly sewerage system on the second night our daughter (who is 21 weeks pregnant) and her husband were unable to occupy the room for the nights of the 3 and 4 March 26. The staff agreed. My wife and I explained that we would also have to leave as we were all travelling together in the same vehicle. Initially hotel staff were not receptive; however, careful thought understood we were all required to depart the hotel. We were told we would receive a full refund for the last two nights. We are yet to receive that refund. Note: we departed the hotel at approximately 7.30pm and, required to find alternative accommodation.

Pros:

The tub was cool (in the living room) separate from the bathroom.

Cons:

1st I had to pay $40 out of pocket, when it clearly stated the price is $20. Then no smoking as we agreed but the room stank like cigarettes. The towels were dirty and the walls had blood on it. There was a dog barking nonstop and thugs standing outside of my place all night. Then at 8am there is major shit down construction in front of the motel. It should be free.

Overall perspective on the facility it's self isn't bad if what your looking for is just a place to sit back relaxed and the AC unit on Hot tub of water with epsom salt soak, rinse and dry off,back to the bed prope up the pillows your favorite drink on the table with remote Lock door and see you on Wednesday lol

Cons:

No room service, but that's what door dash and All the other fast food chain of just about everything you can call and delivery service can't take care of
