Professional and normal -Good

Cons:

Small cable outlets didn't work , pesky tenants, area is heavy laden with street walkers , someone even said "hoe " at me and guys on the street on motorized scooters were rudely claiming they're with Jesus Christ but not leaving women like me alone .

Cons:

The owners were very rude and the service was horrible. They charged us $60 extra (hidden fees) and they mumble when they talk and just ask for extra money randomly. It was horrible. The rooms were okay just there was cigarette burns on the sheets and stains on them too. The only good part was one of the cleaning ladies. She needs a raise she was sweet and kind.

I would definitely not stay here again!!!

It was cheap. But you get what you paid for.

Cons:

There was a strong animal odor in the room that kind of took your breath away. There were blown outlets, damage to the bathroom doors, light fixtures that were held on by duct tape, but the most disgusting part was the cockroaches we found in my clothes.

Staff was very helpful. I'm disabled and they gave me extra time to check out. The hot tub in the room was awesome

Pros:

Everything was great. Our room had ice cold AC , small fridge, and two beds. The young man who helped us out was great. He was very helpful and friendly. Will be booking again .

Pros:

The facility is a disgrace and a real disappointment; they demanded extra cash payment from me for the two days we stayed. They took 90 dollars in cash from me. I am going to file a complaint with Booking about this. It is truly filthy, and the staff are indifferent.

Very sketchy, but affordable.

The location, Price, and Property staff.

Cons:

Unhoused individuals hanging around in the parking lot. Cleanliness, no windows to view your car, parking was hard to find; was instructed to park in a non parking stall, was asked for cash deposit and had to use their atm machine to withdraw.

The room wasn’t clean the personal from the front desk really rude! The lady ask me how many person I said one because it was only me and my dog next day when I check out the keep my deposit because I have a dog they never told me that when I check in she told me I ask you how many person I was her my animal is a person? The keep my deposit they are so rude
