I wouldn’t do it, if I were you.
Pros:

The hot tub in the room was very nice. However, upon arriving, I saw a roach come out of one of the jets.
I told management and they got rid of that ONE. I was hoping it was just one guy from the pipes, but nope. There were certainly more that we found in the room the next morning.

Cons:

They’re roach infested AND even though I left the room better than I found it, I didn’t get my deposit back. The hot tub needed to be cleaned after I arrived. I normally am not much of a stickler, but I reallllyyy wanted to use the tub and it wasn’t clean.

Pros:

I like it was easy deposit and you get remote and room and Internet then room has desk. That's nice and has chair and like a love seat. And I found the staff main guy shay. He runs it well

Cons:

Sometimes people are begging for dior to street but I mean I get that and that's not the hotel issue that's just the area of town. I love it cause I threw up around this shit makes me laugh. But it's nothing

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The front desk lady who checked me in was professional snd friendly. I liked the room was nice.

Cons:

Questionable business practices like charging an early check in fee for second night to make up for the discounted rate I got through Booking.com. I stayed in the same room and notified hotel I would be adding a night and would like to stay in the same room. They replied ok through booking.com messenger. There was no mention of fee because I used booking.com to book second night. They don’t have this fee posted anywhere on site snd insisted I pay the “fee” in cash. They made me pay the fee before I could enter my room which I had already paid for. I’m not going to do business with shady unethical people like this again. Also the hookers and junkies hanging around the property don’t give you much confidence in the establishment.

I don't know how to start this off but it is a shitty motel the owners are stingy didn't want to give us our deposit back because the towels were dirty we only used one towel on the ground for when we step out of the shower .They are stingy mean people towels are meant to be used and the sheets got a little dirty because we stayed a whole week obviously it's gonna get dirty .they expect you to clean like a maid. If I could give this place a zero I would .very bad experience last but not least their was covered in dust and mold and my child was breathing that in for a week straight and once I noticed I cleaned it off with the towels as well we requested a new room and they didn't want too give us a different room .also there was somebody banging on the wall all night everyday. VERY BAD !!

Extremely disappointed traumatized and unsatisfied with my stay I checked out early I couldn’t spend
Pros:

Not a single thing the entire hotel needs to be shut down it is unsanitary and a safety hazard

Cons:

-The location was bad
-The staff was rude
-It was completely over priced I wouldn’t stay there for free
-the door was jammed I had to physically put my weight on the door to push it open the room smelled musty it was so unkept and dirty the faucets and towel rack were broken the tub leaked water all over the floor I almost slipped it was disgusting and filthy a safety hazard
