Travel Inn Motel

No pool, no breakfast, the room had a musty smell and the water from the sink smelled awful.

The property owner didn’t care about how dirty it was and wouldn’t allow me to leave and forced me to pay 1 night after showing how uncomfortable I felt staying in the nasty room

The light switches didn't work, and the room smelled terrible. And the worst part was that there were tons of bugs in the room and we couldn't sleep all night. We reported it to the hotel staff, but they didn't even bother to change our room.

about this place its minor but i hate getting remote and bringing it back.. but i guess there is reason for that?

There are hookers and drug dealers that stay in front of the property everyday single moment. There are homeless people that are camping in the parking lot. The rooms have holes and sockets don’t work. The bed sheets and towels are stained and damaged. Rooms are supposed to to be smoke free but reek of smoke. They asked for 100 in deposit for the remote and our dog… checked the too
Came back and stated they would be keeping the deposit. We asked for what damaged they then said it wasn’t a deposit but a charge for the room…how when we gave you cash for deposit like u requested? Husband is rude and speaks to u disrespectfully if you say anything about the room(we did when we checked in). Disgusting unclean, blankets with burnt holes, homeless living in the parking lot, holes in the walls, rooms next to us women was screaming all night about her boyfriend… def took my son to sleep with relatives instead of here !!! UNSAFE

They allow dogs, some guests had noisy dogs.

Drug addicts, roaches in the room, smelt like mold.

I had to kill 2 cockroaches and a spider. Have never experienced that before. Front desk lady is rude.
Online says deposit is $20 but I was charged $40 and people before me were charged $20. Thats not the issue but why is an id asked for your guest.
Towels may smell clean but they have terrible looking black stains on them. Personally won't be going for a second time.

Everything, they charge "pet fee" of 20$ everyday in cash-only. If u request a receipt of it, they call it "miscellaneous" charge.. they have a sign that says they clean everyday so u have to exit the room daily, I stayed here 3 nights and they didn't clean my room at all during my stay. The housekeeper is nice, but other than that, they staff people out of their money, and they have no radio, no iron, no shampoo, no morning calls, no coffee, no maintenance what so ever, I saw roaches. I recommend no one come here, unless u want to get staffed out of ur money. I filed a complaint, I will not be returning.

DO NOT BOOK!!! The rooms are not clean, the Bed makes a lot of noise. There is People living in the motel so when we arrived they were Under drug effects, we dis not feel secure in that place. We were also suffering for our car so we left and never slept there. We asked for a refund and booked another hotel But the hotel refused it and booking.com did not push them to do so, so we lost the money and paid a lot for a last minute hotel
