It’s very central. Walking distance to the botanical gardens and shops.

Cons:

Poor quality linen. Had sheets with holes in them. Had to follow up several times to get undamaged sheets to sleep on. The location of the room was next to a storage area, which made it noisy at all hours.

Pros:

I spoke personally to a Manager and praised the establishment, the room was exceptional and designed with the guest at mind.

Cons:

If I could choose something, for the hotels interior design, personally the dining chairs were a huge let down.
They resembled the look of a child's school chair in comparison to the rest of the furniture in the hotel.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and furnished well. The views from the reception over the parkland to the cathedral are great, and from the bar / restaurant into the ground are excellent. The location for walking into the city is ideal. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
