Wonderful staff, everyone was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Simple but clean, well maintained and well furnished. Steps away from lively streets, metro station, walking distance to the Gare de Lyon (about 20 min).

Very relaxing and Eccellent position

This hotel was perfect for me and my partner’s needs. We spent most of our days out and about, and really just needed somewhere to relax and sleep and the end of a day. For the price it was as I expected, and we had a lovely time.

Chambre simple claire. Propreté ok

2 night stay, would definitely not stay again but bearable if you’re on a tight budget.

pros: good location, easy transport links, quiet, many dining options surrounding, nice windows, comfortable bed, kind staff.

cons: staff hardly speak english unlike what was advertised, very strange odour upstairs and constant strong smell of cigarettes in the reception, there were ants invading the corner of the room each morning (we were told this was normal), worn towels, mouldy shower which we were too scared to use, bathroom was painted with a thick layer of black paint to conceal underlying issues (began peeling also), uncomfortable cushions and bedsheet had a couple stains on.

In general everything was fine, the room was clean and qith enough space to move easily around the area of the room.

The room doesn't have AC, it had a fight in the hotel, a lot of noise from the staff, bed was horrible, bathroom small and shower horrible.

Oud, geen mogelijkheden om te ontbijten. Medewerkers spreken geen Engels, doen hier geen moeite voor.

insonorisation inexistante, le confort est très spartiate, l'accueil est minimum. Gros point négatif. J'ai découvert un cafard sous mon oreiller!

Il faisait froid et humide dans la chambre, pas de cafetière, pas de petit frigo.

Generally clean but worn down hotel. Very thin Walls - you can hear everything, so if you are a light sleeper dont choose this hotel.
The first night a man shout for his lover who had left him and checked in at the hotel. He was banging on all Doors and stood on the Street for hours shouting. Such a parisian drama.
But generally Its a bit noisy Street at night.
Matress was covered in plastics (i guess the hotel have had bed bugs at some point).

Quarto bem pequeno , indicado apenas para dormir . Muito barulho na madrugada a noite.

Chambre qui sent la cigarette on pouvais limite pas respirer alors qu’on avais demandé chambre non fumeur au final on a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte et ducoup avoir froid ensuite la femme de ménage qui passe alors que normalement elle dois pas passer avant la fin du séjour avec le (covid) en nous laissant la porte de la chambre ouverte on aurais ou nous voler et ils diront que ils sont pas responsable… plus jamais j’irais à cet hôtel et à l’arrivé à l’hôtel c’est un monsieur qui nous accueil alors que c’est pas lui qui gère l’hôtel il nous dis que il est juste là pour dépanner et que il sais pas comment ça marche il nous fais payer une taxe de 20€ et nous donne la clé en disant bah je ne sais pas c’est quel étage je vous laisse regarder. Hôtel à éviter!

Établissement extrêmement bruyant :
claquement de porte et cela a n’importe quelle heure de la nuit - aller et venu des clients dans l’escalier - tres mauvaise isolation acoustique
Et pour finir, le paiement des taxes sur place alors qu’il était inclus dans ma facture

Nous n'avons pas vu un espace correspondant a la photo de l'hotel présentée sur votre site.
Nous avons payé a l'arrivée 5€ par personne de taxe de séjour - tarif "palace" selon le site internet "taxe de séjour ville de Paris". La chambre est propre, simple mais en rien un palace.

Hotel localizado na praça Voltaire, não muito longe da praça da Bastilha e com ótimas opções de restaurantes perto. Pertinho da estação de metrô também. O quarto era bom e espaçoso, porém a varanda não era uma varanda e sim uma sacada.
