Tolles Hotel, prima Essen und sehr gutes Personal. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

出張での利用でしたが徒歩圏内に施設があったのは非常に良かったです。
朝食においてもバリエーションがありよかった思います。
スタッフの対応も非常に丁寧でしたドイツ語が話せなかったのですが、英語の話せるスタッフを呼んでいただけました。

Cons:

朝食会場まで行くのに屋外に出ないといけないのが面倒でした（雨の日が何日かあったので）
部屋のWifiが時々不通になることがあり困りました。ルータに問題があるのかもしれません。

Schloss Lehen at it's Best
Pros:

Von A-Z alles perfekt, besonders die Matratzen und das hrrvorragende Frühstück.
Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Sehr gerne komme ich wieder.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a nice setting.
Pros:

We stayed in the “new” part of the hotel so everything was very clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It’s a bit confusing when you pull into the parking lot. Not clearly marked and there are many other buildings in the same area. Also, a strange design feature where you walk into the room and the toilet is right there with a glass see-through door. A solid door seems more practical.

Cons:

Unterbringung im Neubau. Leinentuch und Matrazenschoner zu klein und daher permanent verrutscht und man liegt auf der blanken Matraze. Klimaanlage zu laut und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Ich war 3 x im Hotel und 2x im alten Teil.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks ist jetzt schlechter und es werden Parkgebühren erhoben, die es vorher nicht gab und die mit 15 EUR nicht angemessen sind. Auf mein Reklamation mit selben Inhalt welche ich per E-Mail an das Hotel gesandt hatte gabe es bis dato keine Antwort.
