Pros:

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones con todo lo necesario y el desayuno completo (aunque tradicional, a nosotros nos gustó pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta).
Para nosotros la ubicación era perfecta ya que necesitábamos estar cerca del aeropuerto de Narita.

Cons:

El personal no nos quiso ayudar con el envío de las maletas pese a que disponían del servicio en recepción. Parece que solamente ayudaban si el envío era a otro hotel de su cadena, pero dado que éramos turistas occidentales que no controlábamos el idioma se podían haber mostrado un poco más amables.

ビジネスホテルとしては上々
Pros:

清潔感は上々でした、フロントの女性の対応も気さくで、かつ笑顔の対応は気持ちよいものです。往々にして事務的な対応が多いのですが、ここはよかったです。人の気分は応対で大体決まってしまうと思いました。

Cons:

テーブルの下に非常用ライトがありましたが、表面上何であるかわかりませんでした。非常灯ライトとシールを貼っとくとわかりやすいと思いました。風呂場のシャワーの使い方が不明でこまりました、説明書が欲しいです。

Poor service, poor rooms.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and within walking distance to 3 subway/train stations

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 (3 adults + 2 kids - age 12 and age 7)

We arrived to find we had been given a single room and a twin room - so 3 beds for 5 people. When we challenged this the staff were rude and unhelpful and told us to share the single beds. No other rooms were available to book to accommodate our party and a refund was not possible. When we got into the rooms we also found they were only set up for 3, so 3 pillows and 3 towels, but the hotel were aware we were the party of 5 who had booked.

We later requested an iron, staff told us none were available.

Our only saving grace was that this was a 1 night stop off for an early airport run in the morning.

Would not recommend and would not use this hotel chain ever again.
