全体的には快適でしたが、いくつか改善されるとさらに良いと感じました。
Pros:

シングルの部屋で広く、清潔感もあったため、快適に過ごすことができました。全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりできました。

Cons:

チェックイン後、部屋に掃除用のタオルが残っていたことや、滞在中にスタッフの方が誤って入室される場面があり、少し驚きました。連携面の改善があるとより安心できると感じました。
また、アメニティにクシが見当たらなかった点や、朝食を部屋で食べられるとの案内があったものの利用方法が分からず、利用できなかった点が残念でした。案内がもう少し分かりやすいとありがたいです。
さらに、朝は隣室の物音が気になり、防音面についても少し気になりました。

受付するまでの対応は良かったが、その後1つ質問すると、表情が変わり態度が悪く、面倒臭そうに対応されたので、嫌な気持ちになった。

また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

エレベーターが２台あり、昇降スピードが早くて助かりました。
また駐車場も予約制で、利用できるので良かったです。
また駅からも徒歩8分程度で、電車利用にも良かったです。

Cons:

大浴場があれば、さらに良かった。

Very good, comfortable stay with good breakfast.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Elaborate breakfast with both European and Asian options. very good stay overall.

The breakfast room was very crowded and there was little space to sit.

Overall great place
Pros:

The room, although a little on the smaller side, was quite comfortable. The overhead shower was nice and had a retractable laundry line, which made it convenient for some last minute drying. Toyoko also has a washer and dryer in the lobby, though it could be busy there at times. The staff was extremely friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs.
