最高！！！
Pros:

全体的に綺麗で清潔感もあったしプール、サウナあるのでよかった。後、景色もよかった。

プールヴィラタイプで宿泊させていただきました。プライベートでプールが楽しめたり、インテリアや家具がお洒落でまた風景もよく良かったです✨

サウナとプールを楽しみになかなか時間が合わない娘達と人生初の女子旅に選んだ宿でしたがサウナに2回目に入った所、椅子の造りがずさんでビスが折れ、後ろに倒れて後頭部を壁にぶつけました💦フロントにビスが折れ椅子が壊れた事を伝えると、本来ならお客様、お怪我ありませんでしたか？と聞くのが基本だと思いますがそういった問いかけは一切なく、今日はまだサウナに入りますか？と聞かれ、今日はこんな状態なので入れませんよね？入りません！と言うとじゃあ明日見ますね！との返答。チェックアウトの際も壊れた部分の写真を見せ修理の時は椅子の下に脚を付けたほうが良いですよ？少ないビスだけで止まってますから！と伝えるとありがとうございます。だけ。お客様お怪我ありませんでしたか？と確認する従業員はいないのだろうか？お客様を何だと思っているのでしょうか？
まだこのプールヴィラオープンして2ヶ月とかですよね？
椅子に2回座っただけで壊れるサウナはどうかと思いますし、娘との初めての旅行が台無しになってしまい本当にがっかりしました。宿はお洒落で家具も素敵！ご飯も美味しい！でも対応がこれだと残念と言わざるをえません！
私は２０年材木を扱ってる職人です。職人をしながら他県にプールヴィラ2棟を含む4棟を経営しております。
従業員の教育と施設の安全性をもう少し高めた方がよろしいかと思います！
