It was a large apartment but it could be cleaner, better checkin options and communication .
Pros:

The location was fabulous, close to many eateries and shopping. The apartment was spacious, good size bedrooms and lounge. The balcony was large and had good views.

Cons:

There was a terrible smell in the apartment(like cat urine)and the rug in the lounge had urine stains all over it. Apartment down the hall had dogs. The doona also had an off smell. No furniture on The balcony made it a tad useless. The check in was very frustrating as we had a tournament over the weekend and check in times were very limited making us drive back for thier small window of opening time. 2-5:30.

Pros:

Great location, so many places to eat and things to explore close by. The room itself was great, good size.

Cons:

Bathroom has some build up of mould In the shower, nothing too concerning but looked like it could do with a really good scrub. Otherwise the room was perfect

Fantastic location, much more affordable (particularly car parking) than inner city.
Pros:

With two children's sporting events, one in the suburbs and one in the city, this was a perfect half way meet for both of us. Very accommodating with an extra car space as we needed two cards. Super friendly and helpful staff with regard to messaging and meeting on the day.

Cons:

The building itself, and the room were quite warm (it was a hot day). The aircon did cool the living area well but sleeping with the bedroom doors closed the bedrooms did warm up again overnight.

The property is well positioned however the room was in my opinion under par for the price.

If compared to Asia - smart tv relies on dodgy internet coverage. Watching a film could take you a day or two with the spinning wheel of “no internet” coverage.

Toilet door didn’t stay open nor would it close completely. Dividing door to bedroom - stuck until i fixed it - shoved back into its frame. Obviously no maintenance in some time.

Kitchen utensils were basic - in fact basic to the extreme. No peeler, no cruet set.

Bed - king bed was 2 single bed mattresses on a king base. Obviously not the beat when you are with a partner and enjoy sharing space in bed.

We booked Domi Serviced Apartment for our first anniversary, and it felt like fate—my boyfriend’s name is Dominic! What started as a sweet coincidence turned into our most memorable stay yet, with far more surprises than we expected.

What We Loved

Stepping through the door, we immediately felt at home—it was warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was a standout: the cupboards were fully stocked with all the cookware we needed (frying pan, wok, and stockpot), making it easy to cook a romantic anniversary meal together.

The open layout of the living room, kitchen, and bedroom was perfectly designed for couples—spacious yet cozy. The large terrace was our favorite spot to unwind, and we loved that the TV had Netflix (we just wished we’d remembered our account details for a movie night!). Every detail made our anniversary feel special and intimate.

Cons:

To make an already great stay even better, a couple of small tweaks would go a long way:

1. Bedroom Air Conditioning: The AC didn’t reach the bedroom well, so it felt a bit stuffy at night. A fan or adjusted airflow would help a lot.

2. Underground Parking: Finding a spot was tricky. Adding a simple parking map (like nearby businesses use) would make navigation much easier for first-time guests.

Nothing but good things to stay. We'll be back.
Pros:

Repeat customer. Great location for our stay. Great to have a reserved, secure underground car park. The air conditioning works really well. We tested it out this last weekend.

Cons:

Only because of the heat and the afternoon sun. Block out blinds would be a real improvement.

Great priced apartment in an extremely convenient location

The apartment was a great size for our family of 4 and in such a great location right across from the Glen shopping centre and close to the main strip of restaurants and cafes
