新しく清潔でコスパに優れます。駅からは距離がありますが、並のビジネスホテルよりも部屋が広めです。ビジネスエリアにありますが、周辺にはちらほら中華系やインド・ネパール系のレストランがあります。宿泊客が多い時には大浴場が混んでて利用出来ず、部屋に戻って出直す事もあります。レストランは朝食のみの営業で、以前は質実剛健なビュッフェスタイルだったので利用してましたが、年明けに利用した時には料金変わらず質素なビュッフェに変わっていたため、それ以来素泊まりでの利用に徹してます。近隣にコンビニが一通りありますので、朝食はそちらを利用した方が良いと思います。

旅行用トランクを広げた状態でも、余裕がある広いお部屋でした。(スタンダードツイン)大浴場もあり、友人や家族(子ども連れ)利用しやすいホテルでした。

駅徒歩７〜８分なので、立地面では決して好立地とは言えませんが近隣にコンビニが豊富にあり、また施設は清潔綺麗で、大浴場もあるのでホテル内では快適です。レストランは朝のみの営業で、周囲の環境を考えると昼夜は利用者がいないのでしょう。トータルではコスパは良いと思います。

何故？な作り
Pros:

売りの大浴場出入り口が全員が出入りする一階エレベーターホールの目の前にある設計が理解出来ません。それ以外は快適なホテルだったので、難しいとは思いますが、改善を勧めます。
